I woke up by my mom yelling at me saying,"Niobe it's time to get up or your going to miss the bus and if you miss it your going to walk to school." I just groaned and my lazy self just got out of bed.

Today is my first day of sophomore
year. I just arrived at the bus stop and I hear someone yell my name. I turn around and I see my best friend Mellanie. We both run each other and she starts shouting," I missed you so much!" We literally just saw each other yesterday so I decide to just laugh at her comment. In case you didn't know, Mellanie and I have been friends since 4th grade and we are now going into 10th grade. We were in the same 4th grade class and we were having snack time, but I forgot my snack so she gave me her Gushers. I was a sucker when it became to artificial food flavoring and we became friends. After that we just started hanging out.

"Do we have any classes together?" Mellanie asked. I looked at our schedule and we had 2 classes together."We have 2 classes together." Before she could respond the bell rang and she said bye to me. I looked at my schedule and saw that I had math first. Off to math I was.
