The Lion's Wrath

Seon's Rescue, Tiva Incident Part 3

   As they slowly and stealthily made their way through the woods they shortly came upon the body of a man cloaked in a strange green, leafy, metallic armor. Oskar knelt down and pulled the man over as he lifted his helm off and Tien looked at his face and sighed "I knew him his wife was killed in a bandit raid a few years ago. Him and his wife lived a mile to the north of here." Oskar letting out a sigh stood back up and stretched before hr said to Tien "Odds are that's where the bandits are hiding out my friend. We need to hurry quietly though." They made their way through the woods as fast and silently as possible so the one mile journey took a full hour to get to their goal without making a sound. They stood just out of sight and saw they were very outmatched in numbers.  "Tien....would you mind it terribly if I piss myself and run away?" Said Oskar smiling as he quietly drew his katanas. Tien smiled back "Only if you think it's shameful I shit my pants and traded places with that dead guy we passed a mile back. Do you?" Oskar and Tien both nearly burst out laughing at each others words. "Tien we need to quietly dispatch as many as possible seeing our opposition here is thirty five outside alone to two and pray that the doc is okay."

  Tien merely nodded his head in agreement as he grasped his great sword in both hands and snuck around away from Oskar. Oskar came upon a guard whose unfortunate last action in this realm was pissing on a bush before his throat was slashed. He quickly dispatched two more before Tien completely cleaved one in twain. It wasn't long before one discovered a body but just before he could alert someone he was dispatched. Soon ten souls had been taken by Oskar and another five by Tien yet Tien was soon discovered. "Intruders!!!" Yelled a guard setting the bandits but just as he did Tien threw the katana he had carried as well sinking it to the hilt in the mans throat. Oskar flew straight into the battlefield unafraid as Tien barreled forth greatsword swinging in huge arcs. Five minutes later and all the bandits had fallen at their hands. "Well. Guess that was easier than I was expecting. Shame. Wanna redo it and see if we can at least get a scar from this Tien for your wife and baby girl?" Tien smiled and let out a huge laugh. "Oskar are you nuts?" Just then the door to the cabin burst open with furious momentum as if hit by cannons. "Lookie here bitch your white knights have arrived to save your sorry ass. Now be good little boys and put your toys away or the bitch dies!" He said with a vicious smile.

  Growling in fury Tien relented and did as he was told and looked at Oskar saying "Oskar I know how you feel man I do but we need her alive please just do as he says please?" Oskar eventually reluctantly agrees and drops his swords much to the bandits pleasure. The Bandit still smiling barked out "You fools do you really think I'll let this whore live now? Watch and know this was all your fault!!!" He pulled back his dagger as he gazed deep into Seon's eyes but screamed in agony as a knife pierced deep into his arm sticking it into the door. He howled out "Me arm me bloody arm. How? How'd this happen?!?!" Tien stunned his mouth agape staring at Oskar who simply smiled saying "That's a gift from my very dear elder sister. So tell me trash how does it feel to know you have no help at all and your very own death is mere moments away?" The bandit didn't answer but grabbed weakly at the knife not even coming close to the handle before the side of his head was jabbed in by his own blade "TAKE THIS YOU WORTHLESS SACK OF PIG EXCREMENT!!!!" Roared Dr. Seon as she walked off the porch to the house. Oskar quickly rushed to her as she started to fall from fatigue and just managed to catch her. "Miss are you okay?" He asked in his kindest tone. As Tien went over to the bandit and retrieved the blades Dr. Seon instantly upon hearing Oskar's words tears flowing said "I don't know who you are but you have my eternal thanks. I thought I was dead for sure!" Oskar simply held as gently as if he held a mouse and said "I'm truly sorry for what you have went through nobody should have to experience such hell." It was several moments before the doctor was able to hold back the tears.

   Tien had checked the house and found a small mountain of gold and grabbed the whole of it bringing it and the weapons with them to carry back to town.  It was only then that Dr. Seon realized who he was. Embracing him she said "Thank you so much Tien did you see your family and little Quista?" Tien smiled as wide as the whole sky saying "Dr. Seon I cannot thank you enough for you helping bring my little Quista into this world. If Oskar hadn't been here I'd have been dead right now cos I was in misstep when the threw that blade." Dr. Seon realized at that moment she had two men there that both were willing to die to save her life. "I can't ever thank you both enough." Oskar after searching all the bandits asked Dr. Seon "Are you okay to travel back to Tiva with us Dr. Seon?" She merely looked at him and replied "Yes, yes I think I am. Tell me though how did you guys know that I was in trouble?"  Tien said he'd explain as they begin to make their way back to town. He relayed the events that had taken place in the past few days. Dr. Seon cried for the poor innocent souls of Kios. "Why would anyone wish to bring harm to them they never caused trouble or harm for anyone?" She asked even though she knew the answer. Oskar growled and said more to the gods than to Tien and Seon "That bastard Stevkan. He must pay for the sins committed by himself and his cowardly troops. With the Blue Wolf's aid we will see him dead at our very feet soon." He said with a venomous tone. Dr. Seon stopped dead in her tracks "T..THE Blue Wolf. You don't mean Wolve's-Claw by chance do you?" She asked making Tien and Oskar looked puzzled Tien immediately asked "Do you know him Seon?" She looked at him and said "Yes. You know how I lived in Tresbull before moving here four years ago? Well around the time I was 15 years old was the first time I ever met the Blue Wolf of the Lai Kun."
