Chapter 8

I look around. But there was no sign of her. Maybe she is in the other classroom. I sat down beside Tae, as usual. He always stares at me. I dont know why. Am I that pretty? I'm just kidding.

Since the teacher isn't here yet. I placed my head on the table, trying to take a nap. But Tae and Jimin in the other hand keeps on making aegyo voices. Which made me wide awake. The teacher isnt here yet. Where could he or she be?

Suddenly a man walked into our classroom. Wearing a jumper that has weird on it. He placed his shades at the back of his head. Has long beard. Did he even trimmed it once a month? He is too weird. The other students laughed.

"Shh! Silence!" He shouted with his loud deep voice.

"Ehem, let me introduce myself first" he added as he continued clearing his throat.

"I am Mr. Ylaya, your teacher for today" the class went silent. But I always know that they would cover their mouths in order not to laugh out loud.

To be honest. He is funny but strict sometimes. Low voice. He looks like gay wearing jumpers. He sat down and began telling jokes. Actually this is jist the first day of school. We dont know if he'll begin to discuss some complicated things. I wonder what subject is he?

I felt something crawling at my back while Mr. Ylaya was making fun. I turned around and saw Taehyung's arm. I grabbed it cause I know he wants to put his arm over my shoulders. Thats what he always do. Finding a way to make me like him. But I only treat him as a bestfriend. Its better like this than to have a relationship. I am still waiting for someone to come near me. Kim Namjoon.

▪FlashBack▪

I was trying to rest. But I cant cause my mind was scattered. I have so much to think. So many thoughts I cannot erase. Memories cannot be lost.

Suddenly my phone vibrated under my pillow. I grabbed it and turned it on. I saw a message that came from Taehyung. I opened my message app thingy.

Tae tae♡:
Meet me in the park this afternoon.
Wear anything you want. See you there!

Me♡♡:
Ok Tae. I'll see you there!

I turned off my phone and rested my eyes. Finally I fell asleep.

I woke up and checked the time. I grabbed my phone and then saw that the time was 15:20 p.m.? Omg. I need to get ready. I changed into my comfortable wear. Actually this what came into my mind. So I just wore it.

I ran downstairs and I saw Sijoo unnie and his boyfriend watching TV. They were so sweet even thogugh I didnt accpeted him yet.

"Unnie I'll go for a walk okay?" I asked for her permission.

"Yeah ok! Be careful out there! Love you!" She said. Cuddling with her boyfriend.

"Enjoy with.. okay nevermind. Bye!" I ran out and closed the door behind me. I walked with my earphones on my ears.

Listening to my friend, music. Music makes me happy. Whenever I feel being left out.

I walked until I arrived in the park. I walked around the park for a while. Along the way, I saw Tae sitting down on the bench alone and shivering with the coldness. I went near him and hugged him. Trying to warm him up. He turned and looked at me. He chuckled seeing my funny and ugly face.

"Haha you look cute" he said. Is he complimenting me? Or an insult?

"Lol, so what's up?" I asked. I sat down beside him. I dont know why I am still staring at him.

"Uhm, okay. I dont know where to start." He was nervous I could tell. He was still shivering even it wasnt that cold.

"You and Me are here because of one reason" he added.

"There is a secret that I want to tell you" he stopped. He took a deep breath.

"Go on. Dont be scared." I have him confidence. I know he was a bit shy around me.

"Oh okay. I liked you since we first met. I didnt expect that we became bestfriends." I was shock on what he said.

"Oh okay. Uhm, me too Tae, I had a crush on you since our first met. But I dont want to expect so much things. I just realized that we are better together if we just stay bestfriends. Also I am waiting for someone. My old bestfriend. If the time comes I'll like you back and absolutely love you. Lets just stay bestfriends for now. I hope you understand" Tears went down his eyes. I know he would understand me.

"Can I get a hug" he said in the aegyo voice. I gave him a hug to make him feel better.

"Bestfriends forever!" He said. Like he was drunk. I hope he did understand. Hopefully.

After that confession thingy. We went home. I walked alone home since we werent neighbors. He was so far away from my house. I hope he would truly understood of what I treated him.

The class has ended and we had our break. Tae and I went together to the canteen. I bought him food since his money was left at his house. We ate snacks together. I just noticed that Jungkook didnt show up. We just ate and created jokes.
