It was a normal morning; birds were chirping and the sun was shining into a particular boy's room. His name is Luther Van Zyle (pronounced fan sale) and is a tenth grader at his high-school in London: Eton College.
Beep beep beep~
"Why does school have to start off so early?" The blonde groaned, as he hissed from the sun beaming in his chocolate brown eyes. Luther wasn't a morning person, and he never will be. His main hobby is to stay up late watching Netflix and such.
He got out of bed rather quickly when a knock was heard at his door. He looked down to see what he looked like. He was in nothing but his boxers.
"Don't come in yet!" He yelled through the door, "I just need to get dressed and I will be out in a minute!"
"Good morning honey~ I've made you eggs on toast this morning to give you a head start. Come on down once you're dressed," Luther's mother called through the door. Soon after though, there were footsteps growing softer as his mother walked down the stairs to the kitchen.
Luther ran to his closet and took out his uniform, throwing it carelessly on his bed.
He took his white under-shirt and swiftly slid it on his body before buttoning it up. He then put on his black suit pants, grey vest, and black coat on over the top to complete the look. He walked to his mirror and messed his hair up before walking out of his room to the dining room down stairs; his bow tie dangling lazily around his slender neck as he did so.
"Oh look at you, how can you forget to tie your bow tie Luther?" His mother frowned, "You need to wrap it like this, then swirl it around and pull, then, you're done!"
Luther blushed and internally cringed at himself for not learning how to tie a bow tie after a year of attending Eton college. He was always the so-called 'weird kid' at school. He would never talk to anyone, nor approach anyone if he needed to. He was shy and he had a habit of distancing himself from others. Until he met 'the best person in the world', otherwise known as his best friend Angel Alexanders.
Luther was caught up in his own thoughts as he munched on the toast with a bit of poached egg on top. All that he could think about was Angel and how he changed Luther's life forever. Because of Angel, Luther has been more talkative and sociable to other people; he has been able to make friends without being shy or judgmental. He owed so much to his dear best friend, and Luther would wonder what would happen if Angel wasn't there in the first place.
Just when Luther had finished brushing his teeth and went to kiss his mother goodbye, a familiar voice was heard from the entry to the home, "I do hope I'm not too late."
"Oh! Angels here!" Luther exclaimed while jumping into his arms for an affectionate hug.
Angel didn't object to the hug but instead leaned down to Luther's height, held onto his waist and twirled him around while they both laughed uncontrollably.
The taller boy put Luther down, seeing that he laughed so hard that he had tears in his eyes. Luther's mother chuckled to herself about her sons friendship with Angel. Angel was a good boy who was the top of his classes; a great role model for her son who was incapable of learning even the simplest of math equations. Luther stood around 5'4 while Angel stood at 6'3. He also had nice and well managed muscles while Luther was a skinny and small boy with hardly any muscle strength.
"Mum, we're going now, so if you'll excuse us," Luther bowed with his mothers hand in his, "goodbye mother," Luther kissed his mothers hand, then walked up to the door where his shoes were being kept. He slipped his shoes on while Angel walked out of the house; Luther quickly followed after.
For most of the walk, it was peaceful and quiet. They were both left to their own thoughts as they gazed out to the front of them. Luther and Angel would never keep secrets from each other, even if they were personal, deep, or perverted thoughts; but there was one thing that Luther couldn't admit to. Every time Angel went near the small teenage boy, his heart would explode in his chest, he would feel week, and he knew exactly why.
He liked Angel.
A/n: Heya~! So, my first story ever on Wattpad has arrived!! I have been waiting soooo long for my brain to finally say to me "okay, you NEED to write a story on Wattpad!!!" So I guess it's here! I will be posting randomly because I am in year ten myself and I'm studying for ATAR to get into university as quickly as possible! If I don't update within one or two weeks, it's probably because of my homework and assignments but I'll definitely find the time to post again!!! So, if you like this book already, follow me! Haha, you don't actually have to do that but it is appreciated! I will mostly be writing books on BL and other universes and maybe I'll write a fanfic here and there. I'll do a Q&A book to put all your questions in as well! Oh! And I'll make sure to shout out to you ;). Anyway, this note is already pretty long and it's late for me so...
