Chapter Twenty

            ~Two years later~

"Aubrey and Me are going to McDonald's" I said to Ethan

"Ok" he said while working on papers

"Do you want anything?" I asked him

"Yes. I'll have a double cheese burger" he said "Please and thank you"

"Ok. I have to wake up Aubrey first." I said and he nodded

I walked up the stairs and walked over to Aubrey's room. I walked in to see a little girl playing with her barbie dolls.

"Hi Baby" I said walking over to her

"Hi Mommy" she said. She talks good because of the Alpha blood in her.

"Do you want to go to McDonald's with me?" I asked her. She squealed and nodded her head fastly.

"Yes" she running over to the door

"Wait lets get dressed" I said. Then I went to her dresser and picked out a pink sun dress with white flats that have pink flowers on the sides. I put her long black hair up in a ponytail, then put a white flower on it. I picked her up and brought her downstairs.

"Can you watch her while I go get ready?" I asked Ethan

"Sure" he said picking Aubrey up

I walked upstairs and went to my room. I put on white shorty shorts, and a pink half shirt were you can see my belly, since I lost all the baby fat. Then I put my belly button piercing in. I strained my long black hair, and put mascara and eyeliner on. I didn't need Foundation on because my face is already clear. Then I grabbed my keys, Phone, and wallet. I walked downstairs to find Josh finally home with Aubrey on his lap, when I walked over to both of them Josh put Aubrey down on the couch and gave me a hug.

"How was your day?" I asked, then gave him a kiss

"Good. Were are you going?" he asked

"McDon-" I was cut off by Aubrey

"mconls" she said. Thats how she says McDonald's.

"Do you wanna came?" I asked smiling an bending over to pick up Aubrey.

"I can't I have a meeting to attent to." he said sadly

"Daddy you go to!" Aubrey said with her bottom lip hanging out giving hom a puppy face

"Sorry baby girl. I can't." he said hugging her then giving her a kiss on her forehead.

"How about we call Aunt Megan and asked her ifvsge wants to come?" I said to Aubrey. Megan is in our pack now. Ethan exepted her back in.

"Yaayyy!" she screamed

"Say bye to daddy. We have to go" I said. Then she hugged him and  gave him a kiss on his cheek

"Bye baby girl" he said gaving her a kiss. Then he turned to me and kissed me softly on the lips. "Bye babe, love you. Be safe, call if you need Anything I don't care if I'm in the middle of the meeting, Just call."

"Ok. Love you too!" I said hugging him

"We go to mconlds now?" Aubrey ask pulling my shorts.

"Ok let me get my shoes." I said putting on white flip flops.

When I walked out the door I had Aubrey on my hip with my arm around her and using my other arm to call Megan.

"Hello?" a man voice said

"Umm. Yeah, is Megan there?" I asked

"Yeah. Hold on" he said

"May I ask who this is?" I said

"Its Jacob Barton" Jacob said. Before I could ask him what he was doing there, he handed it to Megan

"Hello?" she asked

"MEGAN WHY THE HELL IS JACOB AT YOUR  HOUSE?!" I asked surprised

"Umm. We hooked up.." she said

"And you didn't tell me?!" I asked hurt

"Well I wanted to wait till we were serious." she said "Enough of me, why did you call?"

"Oh yeah! Aubrey wants you to go to McDonald's with us" I said "Please?"

"Why not, Jacob has to go to a meeting anyways" she said

"So thats a yes?" I asked

"It's a yes" she said

"Yayy! I'll be there in 5 minutes. ok?" I said

"Ok" she said then hung up

I Gently put Aubrey in her car seat, and made sure it was on her good. I shut the door, and walked around the car to the drivers seat. I got in my car and turned the air conditioner, Because it was fucking hot outside! Then, locked the doors. I handed Aubrey her cookie and cup.

"Thanks Mommy" she said

"No problem baby" I said. Then turned on the car, and pulled out of the driveways.

-------(At Megans house)

"Hey Meg!" I said hugging her

"Hey girly!" she said

"Aunty!" Aubrey screamed

"How Is my favorite little girl?" Megan asked giving Aubrey a  kiss on the cheek

"good!" she said

"Ok then lets go eat!" I said excited

--------(At McDonald's)

"Come here" I said picking Aubrey up. I was holding her with my left arm, and my keys and wallet in the other. I still had my phone in my pocket.

"I would ask you if you need help, but you look like a pro at this" Megan said smiling.

"I am a pro" I said in a 'Duh' tone "I've done this for 2 years now." I said smiling back.

We walked into McDonald's and ordered our meals. When we took our seats, I put Aubrey in a high chair so she can reach her food.

Then, I smelt something... I looked over to see....
