Chapter Ten

5 years later

When we got home from work, I sat down on the couch. I felt something rising up in my stomach. I jumped up and ran to the bathroom, I didn't even make it to the toilet and I threw up all over the floor! Of course Josh was holding my hair.

"Babe are you ok?" he said helping me up because I felt shaky.

"Umm yeah. Maybe I should go see the pack doctor." I said with a shaky voice

"I'll drop you off." he said "I would come but they are choose the new Alpha and Beta." he said "I'm suppose to go."

"Ok I'll ask Megan to pick me up." I said

"Ok." he said.

Then I grabbed my phone and called Megan.

"Hello?" Megan said

"Hey Megan can you go to the doctor's with me? Josh has the Alpha thing." I said

"Sure! Wait! What happend?!" she asked worried

"I felt dizzy and threw up." I said "I'll be fine. Can you met me at the pack doctor?" I asked

"Sure." She said

"Kayla." The doctor said while I was in the waiting room. I got up and started walking with Megan to the doctors office.

"What seems to be the problem today?" she asked kindly

"Well when I got home from work, I felt my stomach rising. And I went to the bathroom and threw up. I tryed to stand up but got all shaky and dizzy." I said

"Ok I'm going to give you a X-Ray." she said "Lay here please." she pointing at a bed. I layed down for about a minute, then she came in.

"It will be a minute." she said "Wait here please." she said

"Ok." I said then my phone started ringing And I looked it was Josh.

"Hey! How did everything go?" I asked

"Ethan's Alpha. I'm Beta!" he said excited

"Really!? Good job!" I said

"Babe, how was the doctors?" he asked

"Well she is walking in now." I said "I'll call you back." I said

"Ok babe. I Love you!" he said

"I Love you too" I said then I hung up.

"Ok we found out what was wrong." the doctor said

'please don't be cancer! please!' I thought.

"And?" I said

"Kayla," she started "your pregnant" she said. And I was shocked.
