My so called boss fell on the ground with a loud thud clutching his face due to the force with which i hit him.

He was seething in anger.

What did he expect? To woo him?

I am trained in taekwondo and martial arts.

"You fricking Asshat ! How dare you? I don't need your effing job ! I QUIT!" I yelled loudly at him.

I turned my heels and walked out of his office fuming, leaving him on the ground to see people gathered around.

" I will make you regret this for your whole life !" His voice seething with anger could be heard behind me pretty loudly.

Everybody in the office were gathered around by now to watch the scene unfold with wide eyes, exchanging silent whispers.

Well... I don't give a shit.

I shook my head as a sign of disapproval and excited the building as fast as i could.

I am currently standing on the road because i had left my car at home.
Then I remembered jack could pick me up now, i dialed his number three times but it straight went to his voice mail.

I gave up, slightly disappointed.

Jack is my boyfriend since eight months, He really cared for me that's what made me open about my feelings for him.

May be he is busy...

I'll tell him later.

I then called lilly my childhood best friend. She was always with me never leaving my side all these years, i trusted her with everything I had.

Her phone also went directly to her voice mail.

I wonder where she is ?

Shaking my head i decided to crash at her place, there's no way i can go to my apartment, i needed to tell someone, i couldn't handle it, i would go crazy alone.

I actually hated being alone.

It was already seven in the evening, i hastily called for a cab and headed towards Lilly's apartment.
She is the only sane person who can give me best advice whenever i was in a problem.

In no time I was already in front of her building, I handed the cash to the driver and thanked him, and headed inside the building.

I swiftly entered inside the elevator and pressed the button for third floor.

Does God love playing games with my life?

Thankfully i had Jack and Lilly, I know they will always be with me.

The elevator pinged indicating i reached the third floor, I blew out a short breath and stepped out of the elevator and walked towards her apartment 304.
I always knew where my crazy best friend would keep the another set of keys of her apartment.

Shaking my head, i swiftly unlocked the door and entered the apartment quietly, but she wasn't there. The house is always noisy when she is inside. May be she isn't here, i was certain of it. I stood there wondering where she might be, Then i decided to leave the house until i heard some noise directly from her bedroom.

Out of curiosity, me being the spy i am, tiptoed towards her bedroom to see if there's any thief or a murder !
I had already planned an attack stance before i saw some one on her bed.
