Hey again y'all! I'm sorry it took so long, but without further ado, let's get on with this chapter!

The morning after the birthday party, Irene's House

*Shit, I'm so late!* Eggsy ran down the stairs, clad in a dark grey Kingsman suit while tying his black and light grey striped tie around his neck. His face was clean shaved, and his hair was pushed back nicely, like he did every day. But just as he reached the door, he heard Tilde's voice. "Eggsy? I hope you're hungry!"

Stopping by the door of the dining room, the sight surprised him. Tilde was sitting down in a white shirt with a black vest over it, a black skirt, and heels. She had prepared an all too extravagant breakfast and had also set the table for him. There was everything on the table; and by that, I mean EVERYTHING.

"Oh, babe, I was gonna grab breakfast at work. This looks lovely, but I'm running late." Eggsy said. Tilde kept smiling at him. "I just thought maybe we could... practice? For tonight" She asked. Eggsy was confused.

"Practice?" Tilde nodded. "Eating?"

Tilde began explaining, "You said you've never eaten at a palace before. And Pappa is sort of..." She paused a moment to think. "picky about table manners." Eggsy smiled in confidence.

"Well, as it happens, babe, I've got this shit on lock. I know what every single one of them knives and forks is for." His mind then shifted back to one year ago, back when he was still training to be a Kingsman, that 24-hour break he spent with Harry, Chloe, and Irene; where Irene had taught both him and Chloe table manners.

FLASHBACK
Irene was sitting at the head of the dinner table, dressed in her usual Kingsman suit but she had ditched the jacket and had worn a black apron over it instead. Chloe and Eggsy were sitting on both of her sides. They were still dressed in the outfits from their train tracks mission, except Eggsy had ditched his jacket and snapback, and Chloe had also ditched her jacket.

Irene picked up the knife first, "This is a butter knife. It's the only one you both need to remember. The rest of the cutlery is easy. You start from the outside and work your way in with each course. And never let anyone, and I mean anyone, describe you as HKLP." She said. It honestly startled Eggsy a bit.

"What's that?" He asked, not quite following. Chloe gave him a look.

"Holds knife like pen. A habit erroneously believed to be upper class dining etiquette. It is quite the opposite." She said, holding the knife like how it's supposed to be. Irene gave her a questioning look.

"My mom is obsessed with table manners, so she forced me to remember all this stuff." Chloe said sheepishly. Irene then smiled.

"Well, it definitely has paid off." Then, the redheaded woman moved on to the glasses. "White wine, pudding wine, red wine, water, and pop. Or whatever tipple takes your fancy."

"Pop?" Chloe asked. Irene smiled at her, "The American equivalent would be soda."

She then lifted the top off the bowl of the warm vegetable soup she had prepared before she had called Eggsy and Chloe downstairs to eat. The smell enticed the two young recruits and elicited a simultaneous stomach growl from both. Irene giggled while both Eggsy and Chloe blushed in embarrassment. Eggsy then took the ladle and served himself some soup.

"Are we supposed to wait for everyone to be served before we start eatin'?" He asked before passing the soup over to Chloe who took it with a smile and a 'Thank you'.

"Only if the dish being served is cold, I remember?" The short-haired recruit said, turning to look at her mentor who nodded in approval. "Or if the Queen is present. Otherwise, tuck in." Then, Eggsy got an idea. He picked the bowl of soup up.
