Gender:"Yeah...its hard to tell from my appearance but I'm female..."

Appearance:"What I used to look like before the incident..."

Age:"Honestly...it doesn't even matter anymore but...I'm 17"

Personality:"...People will say that I'm honestly cold hearted, heck even mostly emotionless which is kinda true. I'm quiet intelligent actually, not to brag but I can tell people by their actions and talking also I think strategically. Very stubborn and overconfident meaning I won't take orders from anyone else but me and I think of myself so highly that I know I'll defeat my enemy whenever. I like to put on a fake act to be nice and friendly to put my enemy off guard until I attack them directly, keep your allies close and your enemies closer"

Backstory: Mia Waves a.k.a Vaporina used to be a normal teenage girl who went to highschool and was quiet popular there having a normal highschool life until one day she was kidnapped into being a mutant experiment to gain abilities and powers. Once she was experimented on she turned into a fish like human hybrid that had the ability to breath underwater yet breath on land as well thanks to the scarf made of bubbles that was attached to her neck area.
Suddenly a accident happened at the lab she was located at making it flood so the scientists had to let the water drain through the draining area which accidentally sucked in Mia as well leaving her in the sewers. Mia made her way to her home to her father, at first he accepted her feeling bad for her but it got worst. Her father started to abuse her later blaming her for him being broke by her appearance and less ability to go to school. So Mia ran away and tried to reach out to other people but was rejected and called a "freak" for her new appearance. She then lived on her own for a while having no choice and slowly started to blame and hate humans until she meet the Brotherhood of Mutants where she was accepted for herself. She joined them and made a new mission, to make humans miserable for their cruelty, actions, and rejection.

Powers:"I can manipulate water at my will so I can turn its shape and movement including making large bubbles of them, making large tsunamis, whirlpools, water tornadoes, and chains of water as well. I can make the scales on my arms extra sharp to cut something or somebody hard like a knife or sword, I could even use them as shields or for defense. I can breath underwater for long periods of times heck maybe as long I want to from me being part fish. I can breath on land thanks to the bubbles attached to my neck which act as a scarf, I usually have 24 bubbles meaning I have 24 hours to breath air before I need to breath water before I suffocate of no water and each bubble pops after a hour..."

Other:"My mother passed away during my child years...so I used to live with my father. Now I stay with the Brotherhood of Mutants..."
