Author's POV
9. READING teaches you a LESSON
Most of us sometimes fail to realize the consequences of our actions, until the damage came face-to-face with us.
Well Cheer - up guys! :)
When that moment step unto our lives, we'll probably be holding a "self-help book", guarding our eyes not to miss every single word that might give us the chance to regain our strength thus, giving us temporary comfort and happiness whether it 's about Matters-of-the-Heart, Friendship, Behavior, Family, Parenthood, Life, Stress, Problems, School, Work, name it all.
Have Faith!:)
"I can forgive, but I won't forget the lesson it taught me." - I've got this philosophy from a very good friend of mine.
Well, you know who you are if you're reading this by any chance. :)
I wish this will be a great help for each of us! :)
10. READING makes you FAMOUS
It makes you famous, not in the "oh-so-fabulous" world of America's Next Top Model and Hollywood. But famous in your own world.
Yeah! the real world.
Especially the famous people inside the teaching arena where high school bullies labeled them bookworm, geeks, nerds, genius, rocket scientist, scholars, etc., wherein they are the prey and their predators (i.e., high school bullies) are chasing them.
That's the sad part of life when people judge you on how you look and think, instead of busily knowing the goodness that lies inside your heart.
Let's just think that being a bookworm (of course count me in guys!haha :), is an advantage.
When God showered the Earth; wits, awareness, goodness, perseverance, patience, kindness, and all the positive traits, maybe we had caught tons of it!
Be proud and stay humble guys!:)
And don't try to change anything about you, just for the sake of pleasing other people.
Remember, we can't please anyone and everyone guys!:)
You're Beautiful in your own little ways.
Try to live with this thought guys-->" It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye." by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Sounds familiar right? Yeah, It's from "THE LITTLE PRINCE".
