chapter eight

Taylor's p.o.v

I heard a thump from inside the shower but i didn't think much about it,she probably just dropped a bottle of shampoo or something.

"Hey bentley?I um need to tell you something."i said and waited for her to talk but she didn't.

"Bentley?"

Silence.

"Bentley if you don't answer i'm coming in."

More silence.

"Bentley i'm serious."I said standing up.

Still silent.

"One."

"Two."

More silence.

"Three."I said walking to the shower door.

I closed my eyes and slowly opened the door and when she still didnet speak,I opened one eye to see her lying lifeless on the floor.

"Holy fuck."I mumbled before grabbing a towell and picking her up,wrapping her in the white towell.

What the fuck do i do!?

I rushed to her room,still carrying her,and set her on the bed before walking to her dresser and pulling out the first pair of clothes i could find.

I sat her up and tried my best to put her clothes on before picking her up and running outside and layed her in the back of my car.

I shut the car door and hopped into the drivers seat before speeding off to the hospital.

We got to the hospital and i quickly ran throught the front doors,tightly holding bentley in my arms.

I ran up to the front desk and checked Bentley in before a few nurses came in and took her to a room.

I sat in the waiting room far about an hour before a doctor came out and spoke to me.

"Are you here for Bentley Jaegar?"He asked looking down at his papers.

"Yeah is she alright?"I asked standing up.

"She's fine,she just fainted from loss of food.We're gonna have her spend the night since it's already late and she can go home tomorrow."

I sighed before sitting back down.

"When can i see her?"I asked,looking up at the bald doctor.

"You can see her now if you would like."He said before waving his hand,gesturing for me to follow him.

I stood and followed him down a hallway and into a room where i saw bentley laying on the bed,staring up at the ceiling.

He walked out,closing the door behind him,causing Bentley to look over at me and smile.

I smiled and walked over to her bed and sitting on the edge of it.

"Did you happen to bring my phone with you?"She asked me.

"Yeah."I said pulling it out of my pocket and handing it to her.

She smiled and took it from my hands before turning it on and frowning.

"What is it?"I asked,furrowing my eye brows together.

"My um,ex,he texted me."She said before looking at her phone and rolling her eyes.

"Unbelievable."She muttered to herself.

"What?"I asked,laying down across her bed.

"Hold on let me finish typing this and i'll read it to you."

It was silent for a bit while she aggressively typed away.

"Okay here you can read it."She said,handing me her phone.

I took it from her hand and began to read.

I looked up at the contact name and winced.

Tanner.
