The door was broken down and the men charged through the hall. It would not be long before they broke the door and made easy work of the bookshelf. Even less time for them to get into Keir's room and probably rape Allison, who was alone and defenseless. Not that Val cared particularly for the girl, she was far too suspicious. Val had seen her sneak out into the one of the many halls of the school when she was spying on Keir and Tyra. This girl was up to something. And to add onto that, the attack had hapepened sooner than what Val had originally been informed. So now she was stuck in a room full of people she didn't care for very much. In fact she didn't care at all, about any of them! Well, except for Stephan, Keir, and Tyra. And only one of those was meant as actual friendship, the other two were just a job.
Dammit! This is just my luck! Let the rest of these cowards hide like children! I should do something! I should kill every man out there! But I can't! I can't because of him! He doesn't want his little spy to be discovered!
Val seethed in rage as the girl, Claire was crying in fear. By Thor's beard she was pathetic! Looking around, she took a quick intake of the chaos around her. Stephan and Nate were trying to coddle the brat. Why did Stephan have to be so soft? Val looked to see that Jon was huddled in the corner, his head in his hands, talking to himself. The police officer, Serina was trying to hold back Ben, who was screaming that they needed to help Allison. Val's jaw set as she restrained the urge to murder the boy. Since the second he had stepped on the damn plane all he did was gripe and act like he was better than all of them! The boy was raised believing the sun shined out of his ass! And of course he was creating such a fuss! Gods' forbid his perfect doll, which actually referred to Allison as, be ruined!
Val turned away from him quickly so that she would not give into her savage instinct of ripping his tongue out through a hole in his throat! She saw that Tyra was backing away, watching Ben with a look of pure terror, hugging herself around the waist. She muttered to herself something that Val could barely hear. The young giant only came to a stop when her back was pressed against the wall.
"No... no... we have to do something... I'm so sorry Allison..." Val felt a small shock run through her as the words worked slowly out of Tyra's lips. She couldn't help but smile at that. At least someone here had some courage, some common sense! Or at least that's what Val would tell her to get what she wanted. She quickly moved next to the girl. She put on her best concerned expression, though how could she not smile when she was about to have her way?
"Do you want to help her?" Val said in faux sympathy. Tyra looked at her, both startled and confused.
"I-I... what could I do to help her? We'll be killed if we open the door!" Tyra's voice cracked in fear.
"If only there was a way to distract them." Val hinted at Tyra's abilities.
Tyra gasped as a light clicked on in her mind. For a moment she hesitated, doubt visible in her eyes. Val watched as she shook her head and determination and a small bit of fear dominated her sly features. Their eyes met and Val could sense wickedness in them. What else would she expect from girl with her parentage?
Val turned to the large thrusting spear and shield that been mounted on the wall. What were the chances that her weapons of choice would be so surprisingly placed? Smirking, she dismounted them and marched over to Ben and the detective woman. She put down the wooden shield and for a moment her smirk faltered into a look of pure disgust. How much longer could the boy be allowed to howl and cry like a child? He would ruin everything! With one swing of her fist Val silenced him. He fell unconcious into Serina's arms.
"What the hell?" She barked viciously, glaring at Val. Val let out an irritated sigh and turned to the door.
"We intend on doing something about the men out there. There are weapons hanging on all the walls, pull one down and aid us. If you do not wish to aid us bar this door and protect the others." Val was sure to put a superior, commanding tone in her voice.
