You lied in the middle of the road. Right on the yellow line.
Cars don't really go on this luckily.
Your phone lied next to you.
It kept going off but you didn't care you needed to breath.
"Hey are you okay?" A voice asked
"Nope." You answered plainly
"Do you need help? Are you injured?"
"No and no." You said again
"You do realized your hobby is dangerous right?" He asked yet again
You sat up and looked at the male.
"Indeed I do stranger." You said plainly as you got up.
"I just don't want you to die, even thou I don't know you." He said you walked over to him.
"That's very kind but I don't need a stranger to worrying about me." You said.
"Well, does the person that cares about you know you were there?" He asked
You sighed.
"No, they don't care so no." You explained, you glanced at your phone and saw all the messages
"You are just a waste of space! You run away from your problems. I try to help and you run!! Who does that? You, you do that. You can get your stuff out by next week. If its not out by then, you can check Arc or look thew dumpster.  Have a good life with out me, all you are to me now is a ghost. Peace out bitch!"
You stared blankly at the message. Anger starting to bubble inside you. Your eyes started to tear up.
"You okay?" the stranger asked softly
" no, no I am not." You said quietly
It started to rain outside when the tall man took off his jacket and draped it around you and pulled you along. You just went with the motions
"Don't worry I'm not a murderer." He said softly he didn't dare raise his voice.
"I get that your a good person but you don't need too do this. I am just a stranger you found in the road." You said
"Look I have seen you walk around here before and you always seem so troubled. I want to help." He explained
"Fine I'll let you help" you said caving in for his kindness.
