Prophecy

Chiron decided it would be best to announce the quest at dinner. So as the dinner bell rang instead we made our way up to Chiron. Thalia of course had to ask Artimes if she could join and she said yes. Leo didn't care and Alex had to go being my "protecter" and all.

We all stood there quietly. Making no noise at all. Rachel stood there as well to tell us the prophecy. Eyeing me for some reason the whole time. "Today I'm assigning a quest. Miss Rachel Dare here has told me she has chosen 4 campers to go on a quest. Miss Dare, if you will."

Rachel's eyes turned green and her mouth unhinged releasing dark green gas. As she spoke her words flattened

       "Now your statues are standing
        And pouring with sweat.
        They shiver with dread.
        The black blood drips from the
        Highest rooftops.
        They have seen the necessity of
        Evil.
        Get out, get out of my sanctum
        And drown your spirits in woe."

Everyone remained silent. Chiron's face lost all color and somehow, so did mine. What did statues mean? "What does that mean?" Leo asked trying to get Chrion's attention. "That's for you all to figure out. All I can tell you is..." Rachel stopped for a moment and looked deep in thought. "Thalia can't go. It has to be Percy. Something just doesn't feel right about Thalia going. Percy you have to go with them." I saw her shift her weight unsettled.

"What why?" Percy questioned as he walked up to where we were standing. Through the crowd I could see Annabeth looking very worried. I locked eyes with her and gave her a small smile. She returned it. "I don't know, Percy. There's just this weird voice in the back of my head telling me 'Jackson, not Grace' it's weird." Rachel said back.

Percy sighed and turned to Chiron. "Who's the leader of this quest, I'm guessing it me-" He began but Chiron cut him off. "Actually no. It's Y/n" he said with a smile. My eyes widened. "What me!? No I can't- I mean I've never even been on a quest before Percy's been on loads and-" "How Miss Dare has a feeling about Percy, I have a feeling about you. You will leave at sun rise tomorrow. Goodnight!" Chiron finished and galloped off the Big 

                   •Le Time Skip•

"You ready?" Alex asked me as he grabbed his bag off his bed. "I think so. Let's go get Leo, then Percy." I said back. He nodded.

I knocked on the Heptatus cabin and out came a tall tan boy with light brown hair and uh... no shirt. He smirked at me and I felt my cheeks heat up. "Who do I owe this pleasure?" He asked winking. "Y-y/n. I-is uh...L-Leo here?" I asked. He sighed. "Ya I'll go and get him." He rolled his eyes and closed the door. I heard yelling and then silence. After a few seconds out came Leo looking very tired and agitated.

"Hey fire boy, you ready?" I asked him grabbing his bags like I did with Alex. "Yes. And why are you carrying all the bags?" He asked me. "Cuz I'm driving and know where to put them. Come on!" I yelled running toward the Posiden Cabin at lightning speed. I hope this ends well.
