HELP (Todoroki.S X Reader) [COMPLETE]

Todoroki POV

It been 5 months and Y/N condition still the same her face is pale... doctor said they still don't know if Y/N is gonna wake up.

I  always visit Y/N at the hospital everyday and it will always be the same..

I hope she will wake up soon no matter what I will wait for her.

Y/N POV

When I open my eyes I looked around me. There were only white background. "Am I dead?"

"No" I look to the owner of the voice and see a girl with a long red hair and she wears a white dress.

"Why I'm here?" I ask her and then she start to smile at me. She sure look like Shouto kun tho I thought to my self.

"You still a sleep Y/N" she said while pointing a vision of me laying on the hospital bed while Shouto holding my hand.

"Please wake Y/N" he said and then kiss my forehead.

"How long I been like this?" I ask her while trying to hold back my tears.

"It's been 5 months" she said.

"WHAT?!! 5 Months??" I was shocked when she said that.. I can't accept it..

"What should I do now?" I ask her

"You had to chose between you want to live or die" she said

"Of course I want to.." I still not finish my sentences. "If you chose live you had to sacrifice your memory" she said

"What.."

"Now chose Y/N.. the time is ticking." She said then disappear leaving me there speechless while looking at the vision of me laying at the hospital bed.

I want to live.. But i don't want to lose my memory of everyone.. especially the person I love Shouto kun..

Tears start to slide on to my cheek.. I don't know what to do now..

Shouto kun..

Todoroki Pov

I open my eyes "ah I fall a sleep again" I look at Y/N.

"Y/N?"

why she crying?! Then i feel some movement from her hand when I look at it her ring finger move but then stop.

"DOCTOR come here right now.!"

A/N

I so sorry for the late update.. I was so busy 😢😢 the next chapter will be the final chapter and I will make sure it long..

After this story finish I will make a new fanfiction this time it will be Fairy tail (jerza)
