Got the job!

~Few weeks later~
Lucy's POV

A few weeks has passed with lucy pregnant, other then the constant morning sickness, and the pain lucy felt, Y/N and lucy went on many simple dates, so now they were closer, Lucy even got closer with Kaya but Y/N has been searching for a job since this wasn't on a paying vacation, Y/N was reading the news paper as Lucy was with Kaya upstairs in the baby's room, Y/N's parents gave some baby stuff that Y/N had as a kid, because of this Y/N and lucy was able to have a headstart for the bedroom "And... There!" Lucy says then kaya puts the crib down in the designated area, lucy walks over to kaya with a bright smile "Thanks for helping kaya! It means a lot" kaya shrugs

"Anything for a friend" she says in her usual monotone voice "did Y/N get a job yet?" I shake my head

"He's had a few job meetings, he's just waiting to be accepted now" kaya nods

"What job do you think he should get?"

"Probably a day shift job at another place where kids are entertained by robots" I say with a small shrug then I suddenly grin "So... You and David" is all I say, she furrows her brows but speaks anyways

"We've been talking about moving in together"

"Ooh~" I coo at her

"Don't make me hit you!" kaya threatens, it just makes me laugh, kaya never hit me before because I was more gentle then Y/N so I could easily get bruises compared to him

"Girls!" Y/N calls downstairs, we walk down to see Y/N in the kitchen, putting the phone up "I got the job!" I smile brightly and I speed walk over to him, hugging him tightly

"That's wonderful!" I say wagging my tail, kaya breaks into a warm smile

"Congrats Y/N" kaya says, that was probably the best she was ever gonna do, considering the only touching with someone she does is hitting

"I still need to do the paperwork, want to come with girls?" I nod at Y/N's question

"no I rather stay here" she says, her smile fading rather quickly

"Cmon Lucy" he takes my hand and leads me outside where we get in his car and he drives us to his workplace

"Wait which job did you get?" I ask confused since he applied for a few

"The F/R[Your favorite fast food place]" he says with a bright smile

"Really!? That's awesome Y/N!"

"Best part is it's close by, only a few corners, you'll be able to visit me whenever you want"

"That's great!" I look out the window to see us parked outside F/R, we get out of the car and head inside, looking around, Y/N didn't waste anytime to go to the manager, I waited for who knows how long for him to return, when he does he returns with his uniform and the manager beside Him

"Lucy this is my boss Jess, Jess this is my girlfriend, Lucy" Y/N says, I wave happily at them "I'm gonna check out the stoves so I know how to work them" Y/N heads back into the kitchen

"Stay out of my way" jess suddenly says, I look at her really confused

"Excuse...?" I say confused

"Stay out of my way, Y/N is mine" she says crossing her arms

She likes Y/N doesn't she?

I shake my head "Look I don't think we should argue about this-- Y/N is his own person! He chooses who he loves" I say trying to reason with her, she grins wickedly

"Then ill make sure to get rid of the Problem" she glares at me at the word 'problem' "And if you tell him we had this conversation then I'll get rid of your kid" she says letting out a laugh then Y/N comes back

"the kitchen seems simple enough, when do I start?"

"Tomorrow afternoon, don't be late" she says strictly then heads back, I was still standing in utter silence from what she said

"Are you okay Lucy?" Y/N asks, I snap back to reality and nod

"Yeah! Yeah... Uhm.. Don't worry about it" he looks at me suspicious but I'm lucky he dropped it

"Alright, c'mon! My parents are in town and they're dying to meet you" Y/N and I leave F/R

"Oh really? I'm guessing they're at the airport or something?"

"Mhm, I have to pick them up" we go in Y/N's car and we drive to the airport and pick up his parents

"Mom! Dad!" Y/N says as gets out then hugs his parents

"Hey Y/N! I miss you so much!" The mother says as she and the father hug Y/N back, shortly after they pull apart

"We've got a lot of catching up to do" Y/N says then his dad notices me as they approach the car

"Who's that Y/N?" he asks, Y/N didn't hesitate to say

"My girlfriend" I wave shyly when they look at me, the mothers eyes practically light up

"Ooh! This is a cute one Y/N!" his mom said as she got to the backseat, Y/N chuckles, his dad then gets in the car

"Yeah!" says his dad the he notices my tail "Is this fake?" he asks, giving it a small tug as Y/N started driving

"Eek!" I pull my tail away "Uh.." I look at Y/N for help who looked worried "Uh... Yeah... "

"Oh heh, I was about to say... I don't want any furry weird things with my son"  the dad says crossing his arms

"Oh cmon! That makes cute babies!" The mom protests "So lucy tell us about yourself" I think a bit

What can I tell them? That I'm an animatronic who died and can turn into a furry human?

"Well... I've had a successful job as a child entertainer!" I say casually, Y/N looks at me concerned but luckily his parents didn't dig too much into it

"so you must be wonderful with children!" his mom says, I giggle, rather flattered by his mom's compliments

"I never caught your names"

"Oh! I'm Hannah and this is my husband Jake! Nice to meet you--?"

"I'm Lucy!" I grin then we have a conversation throughout the car ride

Vincent's POV

I got Y/N in my trap, It's all brilliant, I'm glad Lucy and Y/N are so ignorant, and if Jess plays her cards right Lucy will end up dead and Y/N will be my new animatronic at my pizzeria

"Jess, is Lucy scared?"

"Yes"

"Y/N has no clue?"

"Yeah"

"Brilliant, keep this up and you'll have your family back"

"Alright... " she says then I leave her office
