Lucy's POV
I look up to see familiar white piercing eyes looking at me in the eyes, an evil smirk on his face, a shiver goes down my spine, I was looking up at purple guy "I see you escaped unharmed still pregnant... That wasn't the plan but I can work with this" he says
"W.. What are you doing here!? And what are you talking about!?" I ask, he chuckles
"I caused the car accident, I planned to kill you both, sure I failed but who said i can't drive you to suicide?" he asks, I realized there was a cold blade pressed on my neck "Or I could do it myself" he says with a smith, kaya the walks in
"Lucy Y/N is--" she stops talking and her eyes widen as she sees purple guy holding the knife to her neck, luckily she practiced martial arts and all kinds of combat, she gets into a fighting stance "Get off of my friend!" she dashes at purple guy, she kicks at him "kyya!" purple guy jumps back and once kaya's foot lowers purple guy steps forward and in a swift motion, cuts her chin and makes her bleed, she growls like a wolf and runs at purple guy.
I couldn't let Kaya fight purple guy alone, I got up on the left side of the bed and I looked for some type of weapon, I was able to find scissors, I stab purple guy in the arm, he lets out a yelp in pain and sends a glare at me, this gives Kaya enough time to kick purple guy in the chest but he catches the foot with ease as if he expected it, he takes the scissors and turns to me, he was about to throw re the scissors at me, I knew he would but luckily hospital security broke in, purple guy turns to them "Rggh!" he growls, me and kaya stand back as security attempts to disarm purple guy only to get stabbed, both get stabbed once then he escaped.
A nurse heads inside and helps kaya with her cut open chin, I rest on the bed as I looked down
First Purple guy attacks me and Y/N by giving us a horrible car crash the he attacks me while I was in the HOSPITAL!? To top it all off he got away again! And I don't even know Y/N's condition!
Doctors come in to make sure we're okay and apologizes for their lack of security and care toward the situation, afterwards I was drained and extremely tired from the situation "If it makes you feel better... Y/N is fine" kaya says in a monotone voice, I didn't respond, I lay down and I slide under the covers, I fell asleep almost immediately
~Morning~
I waken up to the sunlight shining through the window onto my eyes, I sit up and wipe the bags from my eyes to see a nurse coming in with my breakfast, I smile gratefully, she offered to feed me but I denied it and ate a few spoonfuls of my breakfast but then I noticed kaya spent the night on a chair beside the bed, i grab her shoulder and shake her and she almost jolts awake "Huh!? What.. Oh your okay" she says, blinking slowly, I look at her worried
"Kaya why are you here?" I ask, she sighs
"I.. I'm worried about you and Y/N's safety... When that guy busts in I felt all protective like an older sister.. Then I don't know...I ended up fighting him" I smile
"Hey, it's okay, I'm just glad you were there for me, Y/N is lucky to have a friend like you" I say, she manages a weak smile "So... How's David?" I ask, trying to change the subject
"Stupid as usual" she says with a small shrug then I giggle, we sit in silence as I eat my breakfast
"You'll be able to get out soon" kaya says, I sigh in relief
"I'm glad, I feel safer at home" I say relaxing "So... You... Never told me how Y/N was doing" I say looking at her, she looks at me briefly as if I'm crazy before her face flashes with realization
"Oh! That, Y/N is doing fine, he's going to live, but he has to stay in the house to recover" I nod
"I guess I have to tell his boss... "
"What's wrong?" kaya asks, I lift my right ear confused and my other ear tilts
"What are you talking about?" I ask confused
"When you said 'his boss' you grit your teeth" she says
Did I really? I didn't notice... I just can't help it I guess.. She said she'd take Y/N away from me! W--
"Lucy!" kaya yells at me, I snap out of my thoughts
"Yes?" I say quickly, as if I was present
"You spaced out, you never told me what was wrong" she says, I think a bit
"So.. When Y/N took me to see his job at F/R he left me and his boss alone for a minute and she told me to back off since Y/N was hers! I mean, imagine someone trying to get David and told you to back off" I say, I look at kaya for a minute, looking for some type of emotion, she usually didn't show emotion to anyone but as she gradually gets closer to someone she gets more comfortable with showing her emotions, finally her face turned into pure anger
She must've needed a minute to see it from my eyes
"Hmph, what's her name?" kaya asks, obviously annoyed about Y/N's boss, it took me a minute but I remembered
"Her name is Jess"
"Well this Jess is gonna get MY opinion about this shit" kaya says, cracking her knuckles, I shake my head
"It's my situation, I'll find a way to deal with it, besides, that's the least of our troubles right now, our biggest troubles is dealing with Purple guy and Y/N's recovery" I say, kaya nods
"First off I'm gonna find this 'purple guy' and his real name, because let's just be honest, a mom isn't THAT lazy to name his son purple guy, id at least think of a nickname" kaya says, I giggle a bit and I watch her leave, I was now alone in the room
No one to visit me... No one to speak to...
I awkwardly mess with my fingers, not knowing how to pass the time
Kaya's POV
I slip on my jacket then my hoodie as I leave the hospital, I'm not an assassin or a super master mind but he laid a hand on my friends girlfriend and my friend still, so he's gonna pay one way or another
