Mark's POV
Jack and I have been talking for about a month now, going out for coffee at least every other day. The guy is adorable, he's everything I've ever wanted. Sure he's blind, but that shouldn't mean he's any less of a human being. In fact, I feel it makes him stronger. He's been to all of my football games recently. Always telling me how he's way hotter than the cheerleaders when I walk him home. How he can backflip a bitch sideways.
Whatever that means. He's just my type. He's everything I could've asked for and more. One problem.
We're both guys. Just when I... Thought everything was perfect, reality had to come and give my butthole a nice 'hello.' My parents are very homophobic. Jack's mom couldn't care less about genders, I really respect her.
My parents only care about football and grandchildren. I have no clue what I'm going to do now. It's either date in secret, or come out. But I have a plan. Sense I'm a senior, I only have a couple more months until I move out. Then I'll come out, once I'm not living with them. But right now that would be to chaotic... what am I even saying? I haven't even asked Jack to go out with me. I can't get that dork off my mind. I'm asking him out tonight after coffee.
From his fleece green hair, to his pearl white eyes, to his pink and plump lips, his pale neck, his chest, his feminine hips, his big thighs, his calf's, to his stubby little toes. He's perfect.
And hopefully mine.I got dressed for the date, pumping myself up. My knees felt like jelly, I don't know what my problem is. I've asked plenty of girls out before and had no problem. But with Jack, I care if he says no. I don't give a flying fuck if any girl says no. I need...
I need Jack to say yes.
I decided to wear a denim jacket with a brown shirt underneath. Some jeans along with some nice shoes as well.
Nice, but not to formal. I fixed up my floof of hair and shot myself finger guns in the mirror. Oh god. What the hell am I doing. I face palmed and began to go over to Jack's place.
The same time as always. Knocking on the door, I saw that he was already dressed.
"You mean you're not wearing a Spider-Man onesie this time?"
"I gave it thought. A lot of thought. I don't want people seeing my identity so... ya know."
We chuckled, I pet Trico and we were off. I was nothing far off from a full blown panic attack. I didn't know what to say or do. Usually I'd be myself but I just couldn't.Once we...more awkwardly walked to the shop, I smiled and opened the door for him. The waitress didn't even ask for our orders, she only just gave us our usual and we paid. Making us look to each other.
"Are we addicts?"
"Where the hell is the 'My strange Addiction' cameras?"
We laughed and sipped on the coffee, seeing Seán hum in delight from the taste made me smile. It was about time I should ask him, I almost felt myself wanting to get down on one knee. What the hell am I thinking? You're not proposing Mark.
"Seán, so I know how this is going to sound... I love you. I can't get you out of my head, ever since we met I thought you were the funniest person I'd ever met. You're beautiful, spunky, and all-around amazing. I want to be with you, I'd like to try this out. God dammit Jack... I want to spend the rest of my weird ass life with you. I know we have school and we're both guys.. I just-"
I was mumbling and stuttering like an idiot, fiddling with my drink and unable to look Jack in the eye. I felt frozen. That is until I was cut off by my collar being grabbed and pulled over the booth table into a kiss. My eyes were wide open and shocked, while Seans we're closed and smiling, we melted into the kiss as the ora of love was dripping off the both of us. Blushing like tomato's as he let me go. I sat back down, my glasses crooked and my lips swollen a bit.
"Woah.."
I breathed like an idiot, my mouth open like a fish, adjusting myself as I heard the happy giggles of my boyfriend across the table.
