A valentine to remember

A month flew by and now it was February. Two days before valentine's.

And no, we are not dating. But he did asked me to spend it together. Nothing like spending the most romantic day of the year with Damon.

"I'm dateless." Luke said.

"Only cause you don't want to give up the player life." Callum said.

"Keep this up, and you will have a lot of babies." Brisa said.

"Why attack me, Mel is doing the same."

"No, I'm only with Damon. Well not official but you know what I mean." I said to him.

"Maybe aunty Angie should smack you hard, Luke." Brisa said.

"Eh." He said getting up and left.

"Well, he needs a smack," Val said shrugging.

"Can't believe we are all dating, so grown ups." Claire said faking a sniff which cause us to laugh.

"I remember Brisa, Callum, and Luke destroying my doll everytime." I glared at them.

"Good times."Callum said chuckling.

"Have you guys noticed that Carla and Marie haven't messed with us." Claire said.

"That's because we scared them big time." I said with an evil grin.

"You and Val are pretty creepy when it comes to someone being in pain and covered in blood." Luke said.

Val and I gave him a weird look.

"That's true, don't think we haven't noticed how your expressions change." Callum said to us.

"What can we say, it's in our blood." He said nonchalant.

"I don't feel bad for them, they deserve that and more." I said shrugging.

"And Val, did you know about Kai?" I said.

"Yeah, kind of hard to forget when I was shot by him."

"I'll never forget that day, he was pointing at mom and ended up shooting at me."

"Then dad shot him."

"Guess now we know where we get that instinct." He said chuckling.

Everyone looked at us weird.

"Lighten up people, we won't kill you." I said chuckling.

"For now." Val said smirking.

"Anyone else is scared of them now." Brisa asked. And everyone raised their hands.

We just laughed, it's actually easy to scare them. Which comes great when Halloween arrives.

One day before valentine's.

"What are we doing tomorrow?" I asked him.

"Well, how about dinner and a little walk on the beach." He said pulling me closer to him.

"Love it, can't wait." I pulled him into a kiss.

"It sort of feels like we have been dating." I said to him.

"Yeah, maybe we have but neither wanted to say something."

"Reconnecting with you has been amazing." He said pulling me into a hug.

"Same, we make a great team." I said pecking his lips.

I'm falling for him hard.
