Months flew by and we were so close to finally graduating College.

Everything is going perfect, Claire is now seven months pregnant. And guess who else found out she was pregnant.

"ALARIC." Brisa yelled in panic.

He rushed to her and she was fuming.

"What's wrong, Brisa?" He asked worried.

"I'm i'm pregnant." She started to cry and Alaric hugged her.

"It's okay, Brisa." He said rubbing her back to calm her.

"College is almost over, and we talked about having a family, it came sooner but I'm happy." He said giving her a kiss.

"I was just afraid you were gonna leave me." She sobbed.

"Never, I would go crazy without my sugar lips." He grinned making her laugh.

"So we are finally starting our own family." She said rubbing her belly.

"Yeah, couldn't asked for a better girlfriend and soon to be wife, to be the mother of my children." He rubbed her belly.

Oh yeah, Alaric and Brisa got engaged two months ago. She was on cloud nine, I'm happy for them.

"You are telling my dad that you knocked me." She chuckled and he sighed.

"Where is Maximo and Camilo when I need them." Grandpa asked himself.

"Thing one and thing two, when are you coming, I need those documents now."

"First, you all need to stop calling us thing one and thing two." Uncle Cam said.

"I agree, and we are on our way there, but traffic is insane." Uncle Max replied.

"We gave you life, so I'll call you two whatever I want." Grandpa said to them and they just chuckled.

"On our way dad, hang in there." They said in unison.

"Those two are something else."

Then he got a call, one that would change everyone's lives.

"Hello?"

"Pietro Roman, we just wanted to inform you that your daughter Elena has been killed." With that the line went dead.

That was enough to set my Grandpa's heart condition to the edge, before he knew it everything went black.

ELENA'S POV:

It's been a while since I've visit dad at his office, I've been so busy with work.

Finally I reached his office and when I opened it my world crumbled.

"DAD." i rushed over to him, searching if he had a pulse.

He did but it was weak, I called an ambulance.

"Hang in there dad, you can't leave me, you promised me to always be there. Please I'm begging you." I started to cry, I can't lose him.

"DAD." the twins came rushing.

"Dad, please wake up, I can't lose you." Max started to cry.

"Dad, please don't leave us. You are the one who keeps this family together." Cam said hugging dad.
