My Tough Love

Aye aye Captain

After our time at the restaurant, Damon took me to his place where no clothes were needed.

After many rounds we both collapsed.

"Never though you would actually give me a promise ring."

"That's because a promise ring is closer to an engagement. Which I can only see myself with you."

"You never left my side, even though my issues were driving you crazy."

"You were a bit of a challenge, but I manage to get past that hard shell you put up cause you didn't want to fall again."  I said caressing his face.

"In the process I ended up falling for my best friend." He said giving me a kiss.

"It sounds surreal that those two kids that grew up together as best friends are now dating." I said smiling.

"And in the future, get married." He said giving me a kiss on my nose.

"My parents wanted to kill me when I started dating someone who wasn't you. They always wanted us to date, they told me that your parents also wanted us together." He said to me.

"Your dad gave me his blessing to ask you to marry you when the time is right."

"Talk about surprises." I said giggling.

"And I'm guessing our mothers are already ahead planning our wedding, before getting engaged." I said to him and he just chuckled.

"With them together anything is possible." He said getting on top of me.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"How about we show how much we love each other again." He said going down my body.

"Aye aye Captain."

Next day my parents payed Drew a visit, well everyone actually. I swear all of them love a good drama.

"Please come in." Drew said and they all went to sit.

"First, why were you spying our kids." My dad said.

"I wasn't the one who recorded that moment."

"It was me." They turned to see a girl who was about our age.

"You seem so familiar have we met before." Mom said to her.

"I don't think so, maybe you are confusing me with my mom." She said smiling.

"And who might that be?"

"Hey, lunch will be ready in." She didn't finish the sentence when she saw everyone.

"NICOLE." Everyone said in unison.

"You and Drew?" Briana said.

"Yeah, before Drew got arrested, we sort of had a crazy night and I ended up pregnant."

"And you stayed together all these years?" Angie asked surprised.

She walked over to Drew and hugged him.

"Yeah, I knew he was really trouble. But like they say the heart wants what the heart wants."

"Once i told him I was pregnant he started to change, he said he wanted to be there for us."

"It wasn't love at first sight. But she always visit me and was there for me when no one else would. Not even my family." Drew said hugging Nicole.

Everyone was still shocked.

"I was released three years ago."

"Okay, but how come you decided to send the video and helped us." Dad asked him.
