I looked at my Apple watch and noticed it was about time to go. I texted him from the watch and told him I'm ready. 10 seconds later I heard a knock at the door. It was Joey.
Brooke: How'd you do that. I said shaking my head standing at the door.
Joey: Bet you didn't know that I'm only one floor higher than you. We laughed.
Brooke: Well let's go. I smiled as he held my hand as I went downstairs.
Brooke: Sooo what are we doing. I said holding his hands with both of my hands.
Joey: Park?
Brooke: Bet. I nodded my head.
Joey: Bet. He nodded his head and we raced to the park.
15 minutes later
Brooke: Joey I'm scared. I said holding his hands.
Joey was teaching me how to ride a skateboard and I'm terrified.
Joey: You'll be ok I got you.
Brooke: I don't wanna do it. She said shaking her head.
Joey: Brookie don't you trust me? We made eye contact. I nodded my head.
5 minutes later
I was tired so Joey pulled me on the skateboard.
