Also if you guys have any ideas on where to go with this story next I'd be sooo soo grateful because honestly I have bad imagination. Thanks guys :) Also pwetty pwease, vote and or comment and THANK YOU FOR READING! You guys are ze best ;)

Damn! What the hell! I move swiftly towards the stairs to see a guy I don't recognize coming down the stairs taking two at a time. And to make things worse, he's holding a BASEBALL BAT. He quickly lays his eyes on me and gives me a sickly sweet smile. Great, not only do I have an intruder in my home but he also happens to be crazy. How did I sleep through this? He must of got in through a window.

I quickly ran to the front door to find it locked. Brilliant. This day just keeps getting better. *Note sarcasm* I turn around to find this guys face inches from mine. Ugh! He should really shower more often.

'Hey there, Honey. Nice place you have here. Nice things too' he whispered in my ear. His breath was tickling my neck. I brought my right knee up and kneed him in the balls. He groaned and clutched his balls in agony. I smirked at him.

I searched around for the keys and finally saw them on the dresser by the kitchen. I made my way towards them quickly before I was floored by a butch guy. Can he not just let me leave? He rolled me over and spat in my face. Eww!

'Oii! B****! You cross the line there and I'm going to make you pay!' he roared at me. I just smirked at him.

'Yeah? How?' I asked trying to p*** him off even more. Not my smartest move.

He began punching my face repeatedly. Right hook. Left hook. Left jab. Right jaw. I was screaming so loud I thought the neighbours would hear me. But luck was just not on my side today as nobody came to my rescue. He then moved down towards my stomach and began hitting me in my abdomen before standing. Oh boy was I gonna have some major bruises tomorrow. Just as I thought he was leaving he planted some really hard kicks to my ribs. I'm pretty sure I heard one crack. I kept screaming emptying my lungs. He stomped on top of my ankle before going to search the house of its belongings.

About five minutes he came back with both arms full of my belongings. I faintly saw a jewelry box that looked like my mothers. It held a ring that my mother and Father got me for my sixth birthday. It was the most special thing to me. I quickly tripped him up and the box spilled open. I grabbed the ring before he could see and hid it.

'What the hell! You little, B****' before I could give a sarcastic remark the lanky guy stomped on my head making me fall into a realm of unconsciousness.

                                        *****                        *****

Blood. I can smell blood. It smells like copper. I looked up from my face being planted in the hardwood flooring. I tried to move my neck slightly but I couldn't. It felt stiff and painful. I moved my fingertips slightly and felt a sticky substance between them. Blood. Suddenly the events of what happened earlier came flooding back. Brilliant! My blood. Wait......isn't Alice coming over? I'll just wait for her to help me. How long was I unconscious for? Ten minutes. Suddenly the phone rang and it went to voice mail once it finished considering I can't get up and answer it.

'Hey Andy. I'm sorry but my Mom needs help with house cleaning because my Grandparents are flying over from Ireland to stay. I have to clean the whole house! I'm so sorry. I'll see you another day. Bye!' Alice's voice rang through the speaker and I groaned.

        What am I gonna do?

I must have sat there for what felt like hours but in reality it was only a couple minutes before an imaginary light bulb flicked on in my head. Yes! I began screaming as loud as I can hoping to get the neighbours to hear.

'HELP! PLEASE! HELP!' I screamed and screamed until I had no more breath and my throat had swollen in agony. My ribs were causing me agonizing pain. Every time I breathed or screamed it felt as though my rib was digging into my lungs.

Suddenly I heard the door being kicked down and I managed to lift my head to see my knight. In just sweatpants and no shirt. *Wolf whistle* Sexy! Stop.....You are near enough dying here and that's all you can think about? What is wrong with me?

'OMG! What happened?' Okay either my head really was hit hard or that wasn't Jace's voice.

'Just shut up Ryan and call an ambulance' When Jace said that Ryan steeped out from behind him and gave me a smirk. He pulled out his Samsung Galaxy from his jean pocket and dialed what I presumed was 911(or 999 or 112 wherever you live :P).

'Hello. Ambulance please....211 Long grove drive.....Looks to be a burglary......It's a girl and she has multiple injuries......Her head seems to be bleeding and I don't think she can move properly.....blood's everywhere.....yeah she's breathing......awake too.......Okay Thank you' he hung up and knelt beside me.

'We need to turn her onto her back, Jace'

'WHY?!' He looked to be genuinely worried for me.

'It will help to slow the bleeding' they both rolled me over whilst I screamed in agony. So not how I wanted to spend my weekend.

'What now?' Jace asked.

'Keep her awake and make sure she stays responsive'

'Jace. It hurts' I managed to croak out without much effort.

'Where, Baby? Where?'

'Everywhere' I started to see black spots and I succumbed to the darkness. I could still hear voices in the background though. Although they were muffled and I could not make out any words. I heard loud sirens approaching and I then heard more voices. Warm arms placed me onto a hard surface and I felt straps surrounding my body. Too tight. My rib. That hurts badly. I just wanted to wake up to just break their rib to see how it feels.

'Can I come?' I faintly heard Jace's worried voice ask what seems to be the ambulance crew. Aww Jace, do you want to make sure I'm okay? That's sweet but even I don't think I'll make it through alive, this time. Ryan still gives me and uneasy feeling may I just add in there.

That's when everything clicked. Ryan. My parents. Me and the crash. Ryan was the drunk driver speeding into our car at full force. I remember his face when he crawled from that car and made his way towards mine. I remember that sick grin he gave me once he made the sign of a gun and pulled the imaginary trigger. Boom! That's what he did to my parents and he's planning the same fate for me. Happy Days. I just make the greatest friends. *Note sarcasm*
