Chapter 3

Jady POV

"Do you have to sit next to me?" Shawn asked. "Well ya sure let me just sit on the floor." I rolled my eyes. "You're acting like I actually want to sit next to you." I added.

He was about to say something but a waiter came. Thank you. Now I don't have to listen to this idiots mouth. "Hey my name is Joey and I will be your waiter. What would you like to drink?"

"I'll get a sprite." I answered. He nodded and took everyone else order. I looked in the menu and saw turned to the salad section.

A few moments later Joey came back and we ordered. "So Jady I was wondering...which Sam was texting you?" Cameron smirked.

"Oh you know that Sam that you don't need to know." I looked at him. "Now Cameron if you don't want me to tell your annoying friends what happened when you were in you're first year of high school I suggest we don't speak of this again." I gave him a fake smile.

"Got you" he nodded. Leah started laughing and so did I. "That was so funny" Leah laughed. "And embarrassing " Cam added. I heard Shawn mumble something. "what?" I asked. "It was nothing" he smiled. I frowned at him and shrugged it off.

I was talking to the girls when the food arrived. "Can I get my phone back then I'll give it back to you" I asked Shawn. He rolled his eyes and gave it to me. I actually am gonna give it back. I texted Leah saying

I give it 30 minutes and we'll get kicked out

I locked my phone and gave it to Shawn. He frowned at me. "I don't lie" I said putting dressing on my salad. I looked at everyone talking and eating.

"So what kind of guitar you have?" Shawn asked me. "Acoustic." I answered. "So um you sing too?"
I nodded "yeah".
"How old are you?"
"15"
"Me too."
"You have a boyfriend?"
"No."
"Who's Sam?"
"Sam. From o2l"
"Oh"
"Yeah"
"Cookies or cream?"
"Cookies. So Canadian boy. What's up with all these questions?"
"Just trying to get to know you better."
"Oh..."
"So I'm staying in your house tonight."
"Oh God. That's not good. anyone else?"
"Matt, Nash, Hayes, the Jacks. Why isn't it good?"
"Cause' Brianna is sleeping over."
"Don't worry. We'll try to not disturb you"
"Well thank you."
"No problem."

By the end it conversation with Shawn I realized I was done eating. And so was pretty much everyone else.

"We should get going." Cam said. The guys went to go pay for the food. We got into the car and waited for the guys. Once they got there we drove off to my house.

"Les you sure you don't wanna come?" Leah asked. "It'll be fun." I smiled. "Sorry girls. But I promised to take care of my little sister. And plus I gotta get our shirts. They weren't ready earlier but now they are. Don't worry I'll be here early in the morning so we can have our girls day." she smiled.

"Fine. But you owe us." Brianna said. "I'll prob stay tomorrow okay?" Les said. We all agreed and said good bye to her. Taylor was the last one out if the car. Humm..

"So.. you and Lesly" I smirked. He bushed "She's beautiful. I like her."
"That's so cute!"
"Yeah...don't tell her I want to tell her on our date"
"This date...when is it?"
"Tonight. After she's done babysitting her sister"
"Aw cute. Well Taylor take care if her."
"Promise"
And with that he left.

"If you want your phone all you have to do is meet me on your roof top and 2am." Shawn whispered in my ear. "Okay." was all I said and went upstairs.

I checked the clock and it was only 9:57 pm. I decided to take another shower and comfy. I got out my black yoga shorts and volleyball tee shirt that said "Dallas" and my number which was one since I was captain.

I took my towel and turned on the water. I put the water hot and hopped in. I let the hot water hit my skin. It stung at first but felt good. I washed my hair and body and got out. I dried myself and put my clothes on.

I put my hair up wrapped around the towel. I took off all my makeup off and contacts and put my glasses on. I got out the bathroom seeing Leah and Brianna on my bed.

"Surprise!" they giggled. I smiled and got my book Fangirl. I opened it to where I was at and sat on my beanbag chair. I reached for my MacPro and opened it. I went on iTunes and put music.

3005 by Childish Gabino started playing. "No matter what you say or what you do when I'm alone I rather be with you. Fuck these other niggas I'll be right by your side till like 3005 hold up." I sang along and so did the other girls.

I looked at the time and it was going to be 11. I turned my attention back to the book and read.

I read more and it was about 12:39. I put Netflix on and put Orange is the New Black. Even though I saw the two whole seasons I put it from the beginning of season one.

I was at the part where Crazy eyes was peeing on Pipers floor. My eyes became heavier. I looked at the clock and it was 1:56. I turned off the TV since the girls knocked out a while ago.

I got out the room quietly. And went outsides upstairs to the roof. I was first to get there so sat on the beach chair that was there. I looked up at the stars. It's cold out here.

"Hey." a voice scared me. "Gosh you scared me. Hi." I looked up at Shawn. He chuckled. I moved over and made room for him to sit. He sits down by my side.

I look up again at the stars. "That right there is the Big Dipper" he pointed out. "And the Little Dipper."

"They're so beautiful." I smiled. "Like you." he looked at me. "Huh?" I asked.
"You're beautiful."
"Not."
"No really you are."
"Thank you."
"No need to thank me just sating the obvious."

I blushed. The guy who I've been crushing on since the day I saw him made me blush.

"I'm sorry."
"For what? Shawn."
"Being a dick.
"Eh I don't let it get to me."
"You're cool."
"Duh"

Shawn stood up and took his seawater off. He gave it to me. "You're cold." he said.
"No I'm not."
"Yes you are. Look at you, you even have goosebumps."

I put it on and thanked him. "Oh here's your phone." he smiled at me. "Thank youuuuuu" I gave him a hug. "You're welcome."

I put my phone in my pocket and lay back down. I pat the spot next to me so he can come. He got on and we just looked up at the stars.

He pulled me in closer to him. "We don't want you to fall now." he smirked. "Why did you want to meet up here so late?" I asked.

"I um.. I wanted to. Never mind." he smiled. "Tell mee please." I begged. "It's more like show you."
"Then show me." He gets up and puts out his hand to help me up. He pulls me closer to him. His hands at my waist and my hands on his neck. He lifts one hand and closes the gap between us by bringing my face closer to his.

"I always wanted to do this ever since I saw you." he said and connected out lips together. And no it wasn't passionate. But it was well meaningful and the kiss felt amazing. We pulled away. He rested his forehead on mine.

"Let's take you inside so you can sleep." he gave me a peck on the lips and smiled.
