(Ariel, Rapunzel, Mulan, Jasmine, Kida, and Belle)

"Mulan, do you have an extra swimsuit?" Rapunzel called, testing the elasticity of a faded lavender one-piece.

Mulan gave her an odd look. "I wear swim trunks and an old T-shirt."

"Just buy a new one, Rapunzel!" Belle said, rolling her eyes. "The beach trip isn't until tomorrow. You have time!"

"Oh, sure," Rapunzel huffed. "Because everyone and their sisters totally aren't doing the same thing. The stores are always out of my size!"

"So buy a bikini," Ariel suggested.

"No thanks," Rapunzel said sarcastically. "I totally feel like showing off that batch of cookies I ate last week."

"You're a stick figure!" Kida protested. "What in the world do you have to hide?"

"Easy for you to say," Rapunzel muttered. "You're more fit than half the guys on the team."

"I think I have an old one-piece," Jasmine said suddenly. "My father made me buy it, but I've got a new bikini that I'm going to wear instead."

"Are you even the same size as me?" Rapunzel asked curiously.

"Just about," Jasmine shrugged. "I wore your pants by accident yesterday. Here you go."

She tossed a still-sealed package across the room.

"Heads up, it's bright purple."

"That's okay. Thanks, Jasmine."

(Aurora, Cinderella, Pocahontas, Merida, Snow White, and Elsa)

"Merida? Are you packed for the school beach trip yet?" Snow White asked.

"Aye, me bag's over there," Merida said, nodding at the door.

"What colour's your swimsuit?" Cinderella asked. "Mine's periwinkle."

"Just say light blue like a normal person," Aurora muttered. "And pink is so much better. Like mine."

"Whatever," Cinderella huffed. "So, Merida? What colour?"

"Forest green," Merida said, grinning. "And I've got a teal beach cover t' go with it."

"I bought a new bikini!" Pocahontas exclaimed, jumping onto the bed beside Merida. "It's got a camouflage pattern!"

"What about you, Elsa?" Snow White called.

Elsa folded her arms. "Okay, firstly, if I go near the ocean, no one else has a very pleasant experience. And secondly, I'm so pale I practically burst into flames in direct tropical sunlight."

"I saw you buy a bikini," Pocahontas pointed out.

"Yes. So?"

"So . . . are you going to wear it?"

"In the shade, on the sand," Elsa said. She grinned. "What? I have the right to be a hypocrite."

Merida laughed. "Aye, I suppose."
