(Ariel, Rapunzel, Mulan, Jasmine, Kida, and Belle)

Mulan dropped a stack of books onto her desk and sat down, glancing over at Kida, whose papers were spread out over her entire bed.
"How many subjects are you taking?" she asked, noticing a much larger amount of text books than hers interspersed with the papers.
"The core classes and all the language classes," Kida said absently, chewing on the end of her pencil. "You know, German, French, Latin, Spanish -"
"We get it, Kida," Ariel interrupted, leaning out of the tank to use her desk.
"You don't want to let her ramble on about all her languages," Belle explained, looking up from her neat stack of books. "You'll be listening all night." She paused and looked over at Rapunzel. "Rapunzel, why do you only have three books?"
"Why do you have more than three?" Rapunzel retorted, not looking up from her essay.
"Where's Jasmine?" Mulan asked suddenly, looking around.
"Probably out with her boyfriend again," Ariel said, rolling her eyes. "She'll be back past midnight and up 'til three in the morning doing a crappy job on it."
"Honestly, that boy's a total thief," Rapunzel said absently. "I heard he stole Jafar's LA essay yesterday."
"He's gonna get it for that," Kida remarked. "Any bets on how fast they'll get detention tomorrow?"
"Let's see, they both have second period in Algebra, so I'll go with the very beginning of it, before the late bell rings," Ariel said.
"What are you betting?" Kida asked, raising her eyebrows. "It had better not be your voice this time."
"What are they talking about . . . ?" Mulan asked uncertainly.
"You really, really don't want to know," Belle muttered, looking back at her book.

(Aurora, Cinderella, Pocahontas, Merida, Snow White, and Elsa)

"Why do they assign so much work on Mondays?!" Elsa groaned, thumping her forehead onto the book laying open in front of her.
"And Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays," Aurora muttered, staring at the pile of books in front of her hopelessly. "I wish we had a longer weekend."
"You mean you're not done?" Cinderella asked, looking up from a neatly organized stack of papers.
"No one's done," Snow White pointed out. "Except you."
"How are ye done already?" Merida asked, looking up from a half-finished paper for her history class.
"Ye only started an hour ago."
"She's always done first," Pocahontas said brightly, adding a final stroke of paint to the paper in front of her. "I don't know how she does it."
"I just do my work!" Cinderella protested. "You guys must just be slower than me."
"You had more homework than anyone here but Snow White," Aurora snorted. "You're too fast. You'd better slow down before your pencil bursts into flame."
"You spend half of your time asleep, what could you possibly know -"
"Maybe a bit more than you, my grades are better -"
Elsa sighed. "This is normal," she added to Merida. "They always fight over homework. You'll learn to expect it."
