The gift of jealousy

Narrator's P.O.V

It was Natsu's  birthday  and everyone was at the guild hall celebrating all except his bestfriend Lucy. Natsu was beginning to get saddened by the idea that his bestfriend and the one he loved forgot his birthday. Just as he  gave his hopes up she walked in but it wasn't the same for she came in with her new boyfriend Sting Eucliffe. Lucy had no idea that she had forgotten her bestfriends birthday and given  him the unexpected gift of  jealousy. 

" Hey everyone guess what I got a boyfriend let's celebrate  " Lucy said still not realizing what she did

" Hey" Sting said joyously

Just then in a moment of silence you could hear the hard slam of a door ring throughout the gulid hall

" Who was that " Lucy asked again  still not realizing what she did

" Lu-chan that was Natsu remember it's his birthday " Levy said knowing Lucy will start realizing what she did

" No it's not his birthday is tomorrow " Lucy said still stuck in yesterday

" Lucy you said that same thing yesterday it is Natsu's birthday " Erza said with slight worry

" No it can't be I can't forget his birthday " Lucy said as she broke down in tears running to Natsu's house leaving Sting at the guild with a herd of angry girls

WITH NATSU

" I can't believe she actually forgot and got Sting as a boyfriend and on my birthday" Natsu thought as he walked home sulking 

He opened the door to his house and ran out with a ..........guitar  to a shed. He began to play it not knowing his bestfriend was listening( PLAY SONG NOW)

I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house

" H-hey how much of that did you hear" Natsu asked with his bangs covering his eyes

" The whole thing, i'm so*hic* so sorry Natsu *hic*i'm the worst*hic* *hic* bestfriend ever" Lucy said hiccupping trying to calm her tears down

" it's ok Luce I guess you just got so excited to have a boyfriend but that's fine" Natsu said with his signature grin 

" Natsu i'm sorry because I was trying to get you jealous so you would see that I love you but in the end I hurt you" 

" Luce you know I love you and I've always seen that so it's ok"

" I guess you could say me becoming your girlfriend is your gift" Lucy said happy to be with the man she has loved for so long

" yeah but what you rally gave me was the gift of jealousy" Natsu said with a cheeky grin as he grabbed the hand of the girl he loves
