Nothing In Life Is A Mistake

some days we feel as though we're trapped in purgatory,

we all know pain isn't and never will be discriminatory.

There are many things we sacrifice,

but they never seem to suffice.

Yet everyone can be so stereotypical,

telling us that pain is only physical.

We are all reluctant to relinquish,

even if it helps to find solace.

Somedays our pain feels sempiternal,

though we know nothing is eternal.

Time may seem to heal our suffering,

but it'll continue till we quit breathing.

We can never find our salvation,

unless we can be beaten into submission.

On these days we seem so reminiscent,

always wishing for someone elses consent.

All i can say is that we are all in shambles,

and when the time comes everyone gambles.

Yet sometimes we hide in the shadows,

always running from the metaphorical gallows.

And still at times we're all succeptible,

to societies definition of whats acceptable.

But still at times we'll resurrect,

our demons that we only disrespect.

But for now ill say good riddance,

and ill write this in remembrance.

And i can tell you and gain,

is not obtained from this pain.

So im telling you that im not ashamed,

that at time my emotions run untamed.

And that in time i may fall,

but for now i must take this call.

This call is the one to freedom,

where the whole world is my kingdom.

Yet someday i may miss, this thing we call bliss.

And for now i wont live in fear,

of my soul leaving here.

While some things in life are fake,

i can tell you nothing is a mistake.

And now that you know your fate,

everything seems so great.

But living with your torn heart,

doesnt seem very smart.

And youve committed no crime,

but now they're saying its your time.

At one time you were saying hi,

but now you are just saying goodbye.

And now your demons keep on stalking,

as you begin sleepwalking.

And ive found theres no sanctuary,

keeping life from being scary.

but now you are admitting defeat,

begging your heart not to beat.

they say that its a mystery,

but it wouldnt be if they knew your history.

Youve been drowning in your misery,

but thats no mystery.

and now people are brought back to reality,

readily accepting everything but their stupidity.

but now you see some people are just sad,

while others are just glad.

and in time things couldve changed,

and maybe your demons couldve hanged.

but now you just await your death,

awaiting your last breath.

and slowly now your life fades,

as you move those sharpened blades.

then everything just stops,

and then your body just drops.

its lying in a large blood stain,

bur you no longer feel any pain.

but now there is no going back,

they wouldnt even cut you any slack.

at least you got to say goodbye,

but wishing you could go back would be a lie.

but sorrily im out of time,

so this is all for this rhyme.
