We hopped out of the car to be greeted by the all too familiar smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke. Hannah began to walk off.

"You coming?" She giggled. I sighed, not loud enough for her to hear.

"Just gonna have a quick smoke I'll be right in." I fake smiled yet again at her. She nodded and went inside.

I sighed again and pulled a cigarette out of its pack, lit it up with my newly stolen lighter, and inhaled from the stick of my eminent death by lung cancer. But I don't care how or when I die, it really doesn't matter much, we'll all die eventually. I breathed out the last puff of smoke and tossed the butt on the ground and stomped on it to make sure it was out.

I sighed one last time before walking into the average sized and over crowded house.

It was the usual sight you'd see at a party, drunk teens grinding and making out with each other, a few smoking in the living room and the entire house reeked of sweat, alcohol, and smoke. I made my way to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of tequila, my second favorite Mexican thing behind churros and before Pierce the veil. I chugged the bottle, then went for the whiskey, or as I know him my best friend Jack. After chugging the bottle of Jack Daniels I moved on the the vodka. Alcohol doesn't have much effect on me, I've been heavily drinking since the age of ten, I'm sixteen now. After finishing off the bottle if vodka I grabbed a can of four loko and drunkenly made my way around the party. I felt the familiar feeling of arms snaking their way around my waist from behind.

"Hey babe, you look hot tonight." I turned around expecting Tony but instead was greeted by an unfamiliar face. I sighed in relief and started making out with the very attractive stranger.

I felt nothing, I never do.

We pulled apart and his blue eyes bore into mine. "Let's take this somewhere more private." He winked at me. I nodded at this very tall, drunk stranger.

He grabbed my hand and led me to a bedroom. I finished off my four loko becoming drunk enough to forget what happens from here, but I already know how this story plays out. As we're making out I feel my back hit the bed, and from here on out the routine is the same.

I wake up the next morning with a pretty bad headache but its bearable, and I've had worse. I notice I'm in an unfamiliar room with an unfamiliar body lying next to me. I didn't need to be sober, or fully awake to know what happened. The used condom on the floor tells all. I sighed quietly making sure not to wake the unfamiliar face and got up to put on my clothing from last night. I grabbed my phone, my pack of smokes and my lighter. I didn't put my shoes on yet. I stood up from the bed and it creaked very loudly. I rolled my eyes as the stranger began to wake up. I walked over to my shoes, still not putting them on, and made my way to the door.

"Wait," The stranger called from behind me. I turned around. He seemed shocked at my appearance, I must look worse than I usually do, or perhaps he just recognized me. I mean after all I am the 'school slut'. "My names Michael." I fake smiled, nodded and walked out.

That was slightly odd, I mean I wake up in an unfamiliar bed with a stranger often enough to be used to it but, no ones ever told me their name. I shook it off, sat on the stairs, and pulled on my shoes. As I laced up my combat boots I heard a door slam behind me. I didn't bother to look up, I don't care who it is they can go around me.

I expected the stranger to go around me, instead he sat next to me.

"Hi." He said. His voice was familiar. I looked up to see the kid I slept with.

"Hey." I said unenthusiastically. I stood up waved goodbye and began out the door.

"Wait, what's your name?" He asked as I got up. I guess he didn't recognize me earlier.

"Jess." I said and continued walking away

"Wait," He grabbed my wrist. My god what is with this kid. I turned around and raised an eyebrow at him.

"What?" I asked, slightly upset the he won't just leave me alone. I mean he got what he wanted last night, why can't he just leave like everyone else does?

"Um I-I um, do you need a ride home?" He asked stuttering quite a bit.

"I'll walk but thanks." I said and walked out the door and saw a cop car driving down the street. Shit. I turned around and faced him. If the that cop sees me I could get arrested again and I don't need that. "Um on second thought I think I'll take you up on that offer for a ride." I said hoping the car passes us. He smiled at me and began walking to his car.

He passed me. I turned around to follow to see that the cop car was just about to pass this house. I panicked and grabbed ahold of the kid, what was his name? Michael and kissed him as the cop car was passing. The car moved a little faster past the house when he spotted us. I mentally sighed in relief as he passed us. After he was gone I pulled away and Michael stood there smiling like the idiot I'm sure he is.

"Um the ride." I stated snapping him out of the trance he was in.

"Oh yeah." He said and continued to walk to his car.

We got in the car and he began to drive. I don't exactly live close by so this ride is going to take a little while longer than I wanted it to.

"So..." He trailed off, eyes on the road."What was that kiss about?" I shrugged might as well tell the truth.

"The cops are looking for me and there was a cop car driving by at the time so I had to hide." I said looking out the window

"Oh..." He sounded disappointed. He'll get over it, they always do. "so..." he tried to break the awkward silence. I sighed,

"Look, I can tell you not used to this but typically after a one night stand we never talk again, that's kind of how it works so you might want to just stop trying."

"Oh ok." He looked at the road disappointed and gripped the steering wheel tightly.

"I'm sorry, that's just how it is. No hard feelings?" I asked trying to lighten the mood. I don't like being mean to people.

"Yeah." He smiled at me weakly, then put his eyes back on the road.

We reached my house, unfortunately. I was happy to leave this Michael kid, not that he was bad or anything it's just I don't usually keep in contact with people I've slept with. Its awkward. I'm upset to have reached my house because my extremely annoying mother will be there. She hasn't called or texted me all night but as soon as I walk through the door she's gonna yell at me and pretend she gives a damn to put on a show for her precious boyfriend.

"I guess this is goodbye." I mumble as I get out of Michael's car

"Wait!" He said yet again. What is with him?

"Yes, Michael?" I asked slightly annoyed that he couldn't just let this go.

"Can we still be friends." He asked pleading me to say yes.

I'm gonna regret this.
