"Where do you think you're going in such a hurry?" Tommy asked his sister as she rushed around the tight spaced house. Harlow's brain in a completely different place, thinking about where she could have left her scarf. The last place she had the item was... The Garrison the night before.

Placing her jacket around her shoulders, Harlow quickly went for the front door. "I left my scarf at the Garrison last night." She sat at the bottom of the stairs, sliding her heels onto her petite feet.

Tommy lifted a cigarette to his lips, inhaling a slow drag. "What about the funeral? Can't you get it after?" Harlow widened her eyes at her older brother, sending him a frown. The importance of the scarf not registering to him. Not immediately.

Harlow huffed, crossing her arms over her chest. "It's the cream silk one." Her eyes never leaving his. Tommy Shelby only lifted a brow at her response, staring at her blankly. She continued, "Mother's. Polly gave it to me when- when she died."

Tommy gave a slight nod and started off towards the kitchen. As she reached for the handle of the front door, her heels smacking pleasantly on the hardwood floor, Tommy turned on his heel. "Take Isiah and Jasper with you. They were supposed to escort you to the funeral anyway."

Harlow rolled her eyes, but agreed nonetheless. She realized long ago Tommy wouldn't allow her to do much of anything if she didn't oblige. She usually could get away with more than the other Shelby siblings. But when it came to his protection over her, it was better to just agree with whatever he had in mind instead of arguing. The Junior Blinders, however, were Harlow's personal bodyguards. That was why they were hired. If they could deal with Harlow Shelby, they could deal with bigger fish. But that wasn't the only reason they were hired. Birmingham was becoming a dangerous place for the Shelbys and Tommy took every precaution. He'd do it to Ada too, if she didn't escape to London.

Walking out of the front door, Harlow nearly bumped into Jasper leaning against the stonewall right outside the door. She released a grunt and pushed past dark-haired teenager, making her way down the gravel road in the direction of the Garrison. Harlow smiled to herself, the sound of rocks crunching under her heels. Relishing in the power it gave her within.

"Well, let's go then." She called over her shoulder. Harlow's mood changed instantly the moment remembered that Jasper had tagged along. She had an on again, off again relationship with the Junior Blinder, that had gone on far longer than she had originally planned. Harlow managed to keep from her brothers, but Ada was another story. She didn't know exactly how Ada had found out, never really asking either.

The three of them continued down the road in complete silence. Harlow strutted a great distance ahead of the following boys. The smell of nicotine in the air was stronger than her will power. She turned on her heel to face the teenage boys, stopping in her tracks.
