After breakfast was eaten, they all stayed sitting. A relaxing day was what they needed. Niall and the boys were just fooling around, like the good old days. Talking about nothing and Harry telling his jokes. Everyone was happy, well as happy as you can be when someone you love wakes up not knowing who you are. Niall is going to be okay, even if he can't remember anything from his past life, at least he is still breathing and well.

Bobby turns the television on and changes it to the news. Everyone quiets down to listen, all curious as to what they news lady might be saying about them. Bobby turns it up as Niall gets more comfortable by Harry in his hospital bed. "Good morning Ireland and whomever watching this out of Ireland. We are once again outside the Dublin hospital, waiting for more news on popstar Niall Horan. These fans have come from various parts of the world, all wanting to know how he and Harry Styles are doing. They have stayed outside the hospital though the night, hoping and wishing Liam or Louis would come out to talk to them and give them hope. Well, their wish came half true. Liam and Louis came out of the hospital early this morning, but they didn't stop to talk to their fans." She continues about how Liam and Louis came back with bags full of food from McDonald's, while the footage of them came on the screen. Louis and Liam started to feel a little bad, because their fans stayed outside all night. The world just wants to know the condition of their Nialler.

Gemma then speaks up, "Maybe you should just go out there to reassure them that everything will be alright. It will help calm their nerves and maybe even decide to go home and get rest. They look tired." She says to Lilo. Liam and Louis look at each other, thinking of whether that would be a clever idea or not. They might get bombarded with questions that they have no answers to. Watching fans cry would always break the boys' hearts, so going out there would most likely make them more emotional about this whole thing.

"Maybe we can tweet it?" Louis says, not wanting to face the worried fans. They love their fans so much, but he knew that both him and Louis would just break down and start crying. This would only worry their fans more.

"But do you think tweeting would be the best way? Your fans are worried about all of you. By you guys not going out there, their worry would just increase. They need you right now." Anne says, liking her daughter's idea. She completely agrees with her. Their fans just want to see the boys. Fans from across the world are out there, waiting for the boys. They can't possibly just send a tweet. Anne sees the worried look on the boys' faces. She knows where this is going. "You know, it's okay to cry. It's perfectly normal. Two of your best mates are in the hospital. No one in their right mind would judge you if you cry. It just shows how much you care for them." Anne finishes with looking back to Harry and Niall, who were back to sleeping. The poor boys not having any energy left after joking around all morning.

Louis sighs. He knows Anne and Gemma are right. Harry wake up as the bed lifts a little as the boys stand up from sitting at the edge of the bed. "Where you guys going?" He's confused as they had just eaten, there's no reason to leave.

"We are going outside to explain everything to our fans. It's the right th-" Liam had only gotten that far into his sentence before Harry interrupts.

"I want to go!!! Let me go with you! Please, I can walk and all that hurts is my arm. Can I?" He finishes his plea looking at his mom. If there is anyone to convince in the room if he could go, it's her. She starts shaking her head about to answer with a no, but Bobby speaks up.

"Let em go Anne. It'll be a great reassurance for them out there." Everyone in the room having different opinions on this. "Let's ask the doctor when he comes in." He says as he sees Anne still not wanting him to go. She's just afraid they'll hurt him even more. They might tackle him in hugs and that can hurt him.

After talking for a little while, the doctor comes in. "Good morning, well afternoon I guess." He says with a smile as it was now a little after noon. Everyone says their good mornings back. "I'm just here to check up on the boys." He says as he walks over to the bed in the middle of the room.

"Hi, I'm Anne, Harry's mother. We were wondering if it was a good idea for H- " Once again, Harry interrupts. He doesn't mean to be mean, but he's just so excited to meet all his fans.

"Can I go outside? To talk to my fans? Please, I just want to tall them that everything is alright." Harry asks him, trying to ignore the frustrated look on his mother's face from interrupting her. Harry looks so happy as he finishes, thinking that his idea is perfect, but his smile falls as the doctor starts speaking.

"I'm sorry Mr. Styles, but I just don't think that that is a very wise decision to make. The flashes of cameras and loud noise may trigger something, and you can very well go into shock. I'd say to give it a couple more days until you go outside to your fans. It's for your health." He says with a small, sad smile. Harry's face drops, so the doctor tries to think of something that can lift his spirits up as his daughter is also a huge fan of the boyband. "Well, how about a video? You know, that thing you do on Twitter? What is it called?" He says, remembering his daughter watching them doing one of those where they answer the questions.

"That's a perfect idea!! A Twitcam! Thank you!" Liam says. It was really a perfect idea. That way they can see Niall too.

The doctor leaves after checking Niall's  monitor and making sure he has enough medicines to help with the pain. Liam had Paul bring up his laptop, which made it to the room in about fifteen minutes. Louis tweeted about the twitcam, saying that it would be happening in the next five minutes on Liam's twitter account. The fans were freaking out and some were even crying. Pretty much the whole world is stopping to watch this twitcam session. Everyone who can stop what they are doing of course. Teachers across the world even stopped class and pulled it up on the projector to watch it. This is a huge deal as everyone has been wanting to know what is happening. Not long after Louis tweeted this, the worldwide trend was #LiloTwitcamMustWatch. Liam got it all set up and then woke Niall up. The boy had to eat anyway and they were all thankful for Paul who brought lunch from Nandos while he brought the laptop. "Hey, Ni. We got you some food. It's uh, it's your favorite, you know, before you lost your memory." Niall smiled and sat up, with the help of the boys. Bobby and the rest of them, excluding the boys, said their goodbyes and went home/hotel to get some much needed rest.

"Niall? So there is this ting that people do on the Twitter. It's called a twitcam and it is where the fans can see us and they can ask us questions. Stuff like that. We were wondering if you wanted to be apart of it. You don't have to say anything, just let us answer the questions and stuff. It'll kind of be a way to get to know them. Later today we can watch videos to try and jog your memory okay?" Liam finished while logging onto twitter. They were all excited as this was an awesome idea.

"Um... I guess that's fine. It sounds fun." Everyone smiled at that  as the twitcam started, fans around the world watching them. Everyone was speechless when they saw the shape Niall was in. He had a white bandage that went around his whole head, along with a cast on his arm. His skin was pale and they knew that it was worse under the hospital gown he was wearing, but they knew it was going to be okay as he had a smile on his face. Yeah, Niall James Horan was going to be okay.
