"Oh...my...God!" Beverly cracked up. "One of you finally confessed?!" Eddie stared, red as a tomato, and Richie didn't respond. Beverly laughed again, "I was messing with you guys. But seriously, there's something we have to tell you." Eddie rose up from the bed and looked at Bev. "Well... It is back again apparently." Richie shook his head. "It can't be. We fought that f*cking thing already!" Beverly sighed, "I thought so too. But we need to fight it again."
Eddie quivered. Richie and Eddie got up and walked out of his room, going outside into the pitch black darkness. Everyone had brought their bikes, and Richie hopped onto his, then realizing that Eddie didn't have one. "Want a ride, Eds?" Eddie looked at Richie, slowly shaking his head. "No thanks. I'll go home and get mine." Richie took off his glasses and cleaned them really quickly. "Are you sure?" Eddie nodded, then everyone started driving off.
Beverly stopped and turned her head. "Meet us near the barrens when you get your bike!"
Eddie walked home, kicking rocks down the sidewalk as the streetlights shined into his eyes as bright as they could. He felt like someone was breathing on his shoulder, but figured it was just him freaking out over nothing.
He smelt something awful. Like something rotten, or even dead. Eddie looked over his shoulder. Nothing. He started walking a little faster, scared that someone is following him.
"Eddie..." someone whispered from behind. He turned around, his eyes wide and full of fright. A tall creature stood in front of him, dressed in all white, his eyes glowing blue. "You're mother is worried about you, Eds..." Eddie started running. His heart was pounding out of his chest and he was gasping for air as he was having a mini asthma attack.
The creature took his shoulders, turned him around, and stared into Eddie's eyes. Eddie remembered the familiar face-Pennywise.
The clown monster took him down the sewers with him. The losers club were already near the barrens when they decided they would do it tomorrow. Eddie was not heard from for the rest of the night. Richie was worried.
