Don't you just love cement

Skyler's POV

The last thing I remember is hitting the floor hard. Before I blacked out I remember feeling like all of my energy was just drained out of me. It was the weirdest thing I have ever felt.

Ellie's POV

A minute after we heard the sound the door opened, and we were let inside. I ran over to Skyler after I saw her laying on the floor.

"Hero, what did you do."

"I knew she wouldn't go down to the cell quietly, so I had to take an extra precaution. Don't worry my boy she will be ok. Take her away."

They started to take her away to the cells under the tower, and I know I should've followed them but I had to know what hero was planning on doing to her.

"So now that they're gone. What exactly did you want her for?"

"You and her go hand in hand," he said walking toward the balcony and I followed, "She is darkness and you are light. She has a short temper, but incredible power. If the king convinced her to be on his side their would be hell to pay. As you probably know by now she has the powers of attack and you are defense. Separate you guys and your power can help and destroy all that are in its path. If you are together nothing can stand in your way. For good or for evil nothing can stop your path when your together. Keep that in mind and go visit her son. She should be waking up in a few minutes."

"Thank you sir."

That's all I could say before I made my way down to the cells to go visit Skyler.

Skyler's POV

I woke up on a cold floor with a hurting head.

"Hey their, sleeping beauty. Hungry?"

I took me a minute to realize it was Ellie. I haven't really gotten a chance to talk to the others. I wonder what they're like. "What are you sellin?"

"Why don't I make you a deal and give you it for free? Does that sound good?"

"Huh, I didn't know seeing me chained up made you this cheerful."

Just after I said that the doors to my cell opened and I immediately stood up.

"Jeez feisty  isn't she."

It was the guy who slapped me before. At hat moment I was ready to pounce, but then I looked up and saw Ellie standing in front of me.

"What the hell are you doing!"

"What can I say I l..."

"That's enough Ellie. Move out of the way. We need to take her for brefing.  Don't worry she's safe with us."

"As if, I'm coming with you."

"Have it your way moron, but grab it and let's go."

"I'm not an it asshole."

"Calm down tiger and let's go. It's time to straighten out your attitude with a little something I like to call, training. Yeah, that's it, training. Now let's go.
