Ellie's POV

Although I know that she won't admit it I know that she's in a lot of pain.  I looked do my left and saw Skylar leaning on my side with her arm once again around her stomach.

"Are you sure that you don't want me to carry you?" I questioned.

"No way. I don't need any help." She said breathing heavily.

After that she fell onto her knees. I bent down right away to get down to her level.

"Hey dude is she going to be ok?" Simon asked walking over to us and bending down.

"Yeah, I think so." Then so she couldn't hear me I mouthed 'I'll carry her. Don't worry.'

Now as she started to get up I decided to let her and see if she could. That didn't end up very well and she started to fall backwards. Thank goodness I was there to help her. She fell back and tripped over a rock then landing on my chest. I immediately turned red while she started rubbing her  head. Then all the sudden she looked up, but before she could I picked her up bridal style and started working by way to the group.

"Why'd you do that! PUT ME DOWN!"

"Make me cutie." I said winking down at her.

She turned extremely red and looked away crossing her arms. It was so cute. I shook my head and walked up to the group. After a while I looked down to see that she had fallen asleep. It didn't look very comfortable to I carefully turned her around so her arms were around my neck, and she nuzzled her head into the crook of my neck. Making me once again blush furiously. She also turned around so her legs were wrapped around my waist. She started to whisper in her sleep, and what she was saying really surprised me.

"Please don't let me go," she started to squeeze tighter, then I heard little fillets behind me and my jacket started to dampen and she started to cry. "Please."

"Don't worry," I said moving my hand to rub her back. "I won't."

She seemed to calm down after that. It's a good thing that the guys couldn't hear any of that because I'm pretty sure I can't get any redder. We walked for another hour until we were about 10 minutes away from the base. After that skyler began to wake up on my shoulder.

"Finally up sleeping beauty."

"Nope, still sleeping, by the way who's sleeping beauty."

"Actually, I have no clue, but you were sleeping and your beautiful. Kind of weak though."

"Oh, yeah, could someone who's weak do this."

I still don't know how she pulled it off but she twisted out of my grip spun around and pinned me on the ground with my arms behind my back. All before I could blink. Seriously cool. The guys heard the commotion and turned back at the time where she was bending down to help me up.

" If you guys are done were here." One of the guys shouted back. I was too lost in her eyes though to pay attention to literally anything else.

She turned around, but I didn't let go of her hand. So I spun her back around and kissed her.

"You can't do that yet. I barely know you mister." She said leaning back.

"Fine then get to know me faster. I'm really sorry about this."

Before she could say anything I had her hands cuffed behind her back.

"Jackass"

"I know, but we have to take you in like this with your past our boss thinks your hostel. Besides now I have an excuse to keep you by my side."

She didn't say anything else just turned around and started to walk towards the colossal tower looming in from of us. Let's just home this next part goes well.
