The heroes stood on the deck watching, as the harbor approached closer. The breeze of the open ocean turning into a dust full wind of the city. Docking there, they got off only to notice a blue colored bus waiting for them: the Dolphin Corp bus. They got into it, lazily, sadly and in a beaten manner, and it started to make its way to the organization. It was a long journey, which apparently seemed ages to them. Inside, Launchpad saw all the heroes, seated at random seats away from each other and in weird postures. A thought of entertaining them to change their moods came over to him, which faded as fast as it had come, watching the gloomy moods of all the others. Launchpad simply sank in his seat, waiting for them to reach back.
Veer was pulled out from his deep snooze, after he felt the bus screech to a total halt. He yawned his heart out to his satisfaction and pushed his hair back looking around. Pushing the curtain to the side, he could witness they were exactly in front of the main entrance into the Dolphin Corp. He started to move out calling out Dharam and Joshua's name, in efforts of waking them up. Apparently due to which everyone else grew awake. Veer got down and stretched to ease his aching muscles. Seeing everyone else do the same, brought a grin to his face.
As they walked towards the main entrance, Joshua, Veer and Sonia suddenly stopped, and the other heroes walking behind crashed into them.
"Why the sudden disc brakes huh??" asked Kenneth angrily.
But he was left startled too. A girl stood there, and by the looks of things, it seemed as if she had been waiting for a pretty long time. It was evident that the guards didn't let her in.
"Cecilia!!" produced Caspian, taken back, and there was a long pause of shock from all the heroes, as they watched her, stand rigid with all seriousness and with her hands folded.
Dharam got a clearance for her, and they took her into the organization. They walked through the corridors, behind Cecelia, as she led the way towards the briefing room, all serious. All of them simply following behind her in a proper formation, even though they knew the way.
They entered the briefing room, Crawford and Elizabeth being present there too. Their surprise knowing no bounds. Acting sly, Crawford performed,
"Oh dear, Cecelia it is good to see you," declared Crawford.
"Where's Israr, and what's going on here??" she asked straight.
"Well . . .uh . . . it's- like" started Joshua, but couldn't dare to say anything.
"You should tell her Chief Elizabeth," said Aphrodi, standing leaning to a wall, "you are better are giving bad news!!"
Elizabeth looked at Aphrodi angrily, and he just smiled back at her with his eyes closed.
"Well, Anabash managed to get Israr consumed by darkness, and is making him do all his work," she informed.
"Yah, he's become Anabash's puppet," added Kenneth.
"What??" screamed Cecelia, her hand clutching into a tight fist. It was very clear that she was sad and worried.
"But. . . but, he's started to fight against the darkness," spoke up Joshua, a bit scared of Cecelia's anger, "we had planned that if we defeat him, that darkness will go away."
