Hello~ I just wanted to say a few words. I know, I know.. This isn't a chapter. (annoying)
But... I just wanted to talk with you.
Things can be hard, boy oh boy do I know.
I feel like these words lost there meaning... But things will get better in the end, and if its not better... Then its not the end?
I don't know, my mom is an alcoholic.. And I feel like writing just makes me feel so much better. (CHEESY I KNOW!) Things can be hard at my house, but trust me im not going through the worst. Nobody will know your story until they open your book.
Please, if you ever start to judge or hurt anybody. You don't understand whats happening with them at home, don't ever began to think that you're going through something that's worse because you might not.
My father travels a lot, which means I get to be alone with my drunken mother. When she is drunk, we don't really talk? She just stays in her bed, while im upstairs in my bed.
Often when I'm upset (Comment if you do the same thing, I'm curious.) I get really cold, and feel this emptiness inside of me.. I feel like im screaming, trying to say something but nothing comes out.
If you feel anything like this~ Here are some tips my lovelys.
0Take a warm ass shower, wash your hair, shave, wash your face, do whatever do freshen up.
0 Brush your teeth. I don't know why, but this just makes me feel a bit better?
0 Go drink some water. Your skin will feel so much better and if you have been crying it will help to hydrate.
0 Use a face mask! OMG, just do it.
0 Stay out of your bedroom. Most people find there bedroom as a safe place, a place to go when they are sad. But its really not healthy living in the same room, your mind needs to be free, therefore you need to be free (go outside, or if you have a downstairs go chill there)
0 Breathe. Its an actual fact that you can get depressed from not taking a moment to, just.. breath. Just, stop every once and a while and breath.

0 Clean. Its a tiny accomplishment to clean your room, or clean something. I quite enjoy it.
