Jake is still living in LA living this fantastic life. While Erika is still living Ohio with Jakes baby because she was pregnant with Jakes baby before he moved away. She breaks down through out the day because she has no idea what happened to Jake. She has no clue he is in LA or is even a youtuber with 14 million subscribers. Jake still has to this day never dated anyone and he wont until he dates Erika again. He still thinks about her. At night time he would cry his self to sleep and Team 10 has to help him out.

I walked down the street with Jax in my arms to get some food then I heard someone talking with their friends about this youtuber
