Tatsumi and I walked into the town square looking around.

They had people's body's hung up all beaten an bruised. My eyes widened at the fact my friends were on display for everyone to see.

Tatsumi froze for a moment then he looked over at me. Pure shock written all over his face.

"W-why.. why would someone do this.." he said shaking a little.

I scanned over the bodies. I froze as I stared at Mine.

Her body was more cut up that it was when she died.. her clothes were gone and she was put into just underwear and a bra.

How could they do this.. I should go up there and get her out of there.. give her a nice place to be buried..

But.. I couldn't if I did it would cause more problems than we already have.

"I-I can't handle this.." Tatsumi mumbled as he looked away.

I couldn't look at my friends anymore.. the more I looked.. the worse I felt.. I walked away with Tatsumi.

We headed back to our base.

Tatsumi told Akame and General Najenda about what we saw.

They were disgusted but somehow they expected it.

"Of course.." General Najenda said shaking her head.

Akame only looked down shaking her head.

I grabbed her hand holding it tightly. I stared at General Najenda. She stood up looking at all of us..

"We Will get revenge and avenge our friends.." she said looking down at us.

I felt bad but I had a job to do and I was gonna do it. I won't let anything happen to Akame.. or anyone else! I won't lose anyone else.. I can't lose anyone else..

TIME-SKIP!!!

I was staring at esdeath who was flirting with Tatsumi.

"You'd be a good part of my team.. always by my side.. Tatsumi.." She said smiling.

Akame and I were holding our weapons ready to attack at any moment.

She grabbed him and began walking away. I charged at her and so did Akame. She built a wall blocking us. I jumped above it and jumped down at her. I sliced sons of her hair off causing her to turn around. I glared at her as Tatsumi struggled. He eventually got away and her eyes widened.

"T-Tatsumi!" She said reaching for him.

"No! You Crazy Bitch!" He said grabbing his weapon and getting the armor on.

She looked sad but shot a flare into the air. I was confused at first but soon realized she was calling her armies.

A minute later thousands of people showed up yelling and holding weapons. Akame was next to me holding her katana. Esdeath retreated into the crowd of people.

The people charged at us screaming. I sliced into some of them killing them instantly. I seen Akame doing the same. One man sliced at my arm with a knife cutting it. I winced at the pain before slicing his head off. I turned around killing another man.

After most were gone I looked around for my friends.

I seen Tatsumi by where was Akame..
