The bright rays of the sun passed through the gaps of Lucy's transparent lightblue curtains, letting the light shine on the sleeping beauty's face.

The blonde groaned, annoyed at the disturbance of her sleep. But as if the sun was purposely seeking her attention, it beamed even more and brightened her whole room.

Sighing, Lucy opened her eyes slowly, the memories of the day before immediately rushing back to her mind. Because of that, she didn't have the courage to go to the guild anymore.

The celestial mage clutched the piece of clothing covering her, and glancing to see what it was, she instantly recognized the fabric. Her lion spirit's blazer. That was when her spirit's words echoed in her mind.

But not wanting to be proved wrong, Lucy shook off the thoughts and sat up, then starting her daily routines.

"Good morning, Lucy-san!" The sweet sky dragon slayer greeted, her white exceed in her arms, as soon as she spotted the blonde entering the guild. The elder female turned to her and smiled, mouthing the same greeting before walking towards the bar counter.

"Good morning, Lucy. Any plans for the day?"

The busty blonde and the barmaid, Mirajane, conversed on a random topic. Shifting from one subject to an unrelated one. They laughed, and Lucy was thankful that the white-haired beauty was able to divert her attention and make her forget about her worries.

From the corner of the guild, a certain ice-make mage eyed her with a smirk, picturing the girl naked in his mind. And also from the second floor, another man was watching her with lustful eyes.

"--don't you think so?"

"Yeah, that would be gre--"

"Lucy." The conversation of the two beauties was cut off when a certain blunette approached them, sitting on the stool just beside the blonde's.

This has earned all the members' attentions, as they, too, were curious about what had happened between the two.

"Juvia is really sorry... Juvia did not mean anything she said. Juvia was just blinded by jealousy." The said woman sheepishly stated, fidgeting with her fingers as she looked away with a tint of pink on her cheeks. "Juvia will understand if love rival does not--"

"It's alright, Juvia." Lucy beamed at her, clutching her hands with hers. "I perfectly understand. And... I'm sorry, too."

The people in the guild had no idea what exactly happened between the two, but they concluded it had something to do with Gray, who also refused to say anything.

"F-Friends again?"

"Ofcourse!" Lucy happily nodded, pulling the other girl into a hug.

And no one in the guild noticed, as they were all awed with the two's reunited friendship. No one but the barmaid saw the evil grin that crossed the water mage's face. Mirajane's eyes-widened and she took a step back as she saw the flash of red in the blunette's eyes. And as she did so, she accidentally slipped, causing her head to get hit on the floor harshly, and thus, knocking her out.
