And We Will Reunite Again

The Letter

The Lightwoods were so delighted with the newborns who will be up next to rule their kingdom. Even everyone in Starlight kingdom were so happy. They finally have their 3 rulers at last! Nothing could be better. Everyone in Starlight were so happy that everyone had little gifts for the babies. It was a very special day in Starlight.

2 months have pass and everything in Starlight was steady and safe until...

"Oh no!" The king said dropping to his knees. He was holding onto a letter. 

"What's wrong darling?" The queen asked.  

"They are coming." The king had a very worried expression on his face. 

"Who darling." The queen asked regreting it soon. 

"Vampires." He whispered. 

"No." The queen said falling to her knees next to the king. 

"We must act now darling, and fight." The king said. 

"No. We promise that we were gonna be done. No more vampire slaying Ashton! You came from a royal vampire family you have their blo-"

"THEY WERE NEVER A FAMILY TO ME! They abbonded me because I was too weak and such an embarrassment to the family. My father took me to an orphanage when I had turned 8." Such a shame to be apart of a royal and high family. Idk how you could be a part of our family! Idk how you could be my son!" That's what my father use to say to me all the time and all the way to the orphanage. I was crying. I wanted to prove him that I was good enough! I wanted to be a part of the family. I told him that I was strong enough! The reason why he decided to leave me was because a wolf had bitten me. I just couldn't fight off the wolf genes running through my veins. My father said that he wouldn't dare to have a half wolf half vampire in their family. So he decided to dump me. That's when the Lightwoods had adopted me." 

Silence...

Then the queen said,

"I'm so sorry darling...I didn't know at all. But I know you did this for our safety. The thing is that one of our babies would be a hybrid too. But which one?" 

"That's what I was worried about. Although I'm half wolf and vampire...it's possible that one of my kids will be too. I learned how to control my thirst. It took me almost 2 years though. But I can't let my child suffer like I did." The king sobbed in his hands. The queen stroked his arm gently. 

"You want to know why I had became a vampire slayer?" Queen Belle asked King Ashton. 

"Because of your village?" 

"No. Because of my mother." The queen had tears in her eyes, "A vampire had killed her in front of me when I was 10. My father was traveling, so it was only me and my mother at that time. I didn't try to stop him because I was too scared. He tried to kill me but I ran off. Then I heard my mother scream. I ran back inside and saw that he had killed my mother. I was too late. I had decided to ran off and not help my mother. But all I heard from her was run! But I was too late...to save her." The queen was now sobbing hard. The king looked at her and took her hands. 

"Oh darling I'm so sorry. But you had never told me this before. I thought you did this for your village." 

"Oh I did." The queen interrupted. "After that he went off and killed lots of my people. Only because he wanted the wolves to be dead and for the vampires to rise up again. My great aunt Maryan was one great warrior. She had become a Vampire slayer too. So I decided to follow her steps. My father had came back and was destroyed after seeing his mate dead. I was crying so hard. My father looked at me and grabbed my shoulders and had told me to leave. He wanted me to become the vampire slayer I was ought to be. My family had been slayers for the past decade and so he decided to let me go and do my job. "Its in your blood." He told me. And he was right. But I was too scared...

*FLASHBACK* 

"But daddy I can't. How will I suppose to hunt down a vampire. I'm only 10!" I screamed at my father. 

"I know sweetie but it's in your blood! I know you can do it. Look, your cousin Clarissa will take you and train you to become one. I know you could do this. Take revenge on your mother's death!" I looked at him. He hasn't slept for days already since mom's funneral. We were devastated but my father was even more cuz the imprint connection was too strong for him and it had hit him really hard. But he was right... I had to do this. 

"Ok daddy. I will do it. I promise you that I will become one of best vampire slayers ever. I'm gonna soon become like my great aunt Maryan. I will be your new warrior daddy." I told him and he hugged me tightly one last time before my cousin Clarissa took me with her. At that time my cousin was 15 and she had already a mate. I always wonder when I will get my mate. 

Clarissa had train me very well and I already had 35 vampires slayed by the age of 13. My inner wolf was full of hate for them. Clarissa couldn't believe her eyes. She had been training for 10 years already and had only killed about 10 in her time when she was 13. By the age of 15 I had decided to leave and let destiny take me where I had to go. Clarissa had a child already with her mate Mark. So I decided to go find my future at last. I had killed 255 vampires lately. I had also decided to visit my old village and my father. It's been 5 years now since I had last seen him and I wanted to tell him everything. But....

"Oh I'm so sorry Belle. But your father died 2 years ago in his bed holding a picture of you and your mother. His last words was "I'm proud of my little girl. She had made her promise to become the best vampire slayer of her own time. Please tell her that I love her so much and that soon I'll be with her mother and we will both keep and eye on her. At last I could rest." I had tears in my eyes. Was I late again too? 

I walk down to their grave. I was so glad that they had decided to put his grave next to my mother's. They could now rest in peace. But now I have to find that one certain bloodsucker...

*END OF FLASHBACK* 

"Do you remember his name?" The king had asked at last. 

"How could I every forget that blood thirsty demon!" The queen said looking very angry. "His name was...Valzar." 

The king froze. He then looked at his wife. 

"You mean as Valzar Rakesh?" 

"How did you know?" 

The king then stayed silent for a moment and looked at his wife. 

"Because...that's my father... 

The letter that the king had in his hands dropped on to the floor. Queen Belle reached out to it which she saw to her disgust that it was written in blood and read....

Your Majesty! Congratulations! 

I have found out by my helpers that you and your beautiful wife had 3 beautiful angels! Wow how much did I miss all those years. 

You know, Ashton, that those 3 little wolfies that you have are really powerful...and you know what I'm talking about...so lets make a deal...alright? I'll come over to Starlight and take those 3 little babies and there will be no harm. How does that sound? Well great! We will see each other when the last leaf turns red. How about that? I'm giving you time to spend with them before I take them. So use your time well. I'll see you soon...my son.
