Episode 7: Demadogs, Gorgons, and Upside Down! Oh my!

-Eleven's POV:

I'm going to Mike's house, we are all going to figure out what's wrong with Erin. I've become pretty close with her, D-dad has let me hang out with her a few times. God, I'm still not used to calling Hopper that. But after he legally adopted me, it's getting easier. I knock on the door and Mrs. Wheeler answers.

"Hello Jane," she smiles, I only let adults call me that.

"Hi Mrs. Wheeler," I say, "is Mike here?"

"Yes, they all are downstairs," she motions me in.

"Thank you," I say and walk into the basement.

When Erin sees me her eyes light up, she runs towards me and wraps me in a hug.

"HI EL!" she yells. She is my best friend.

"Hey Erin," I giggle and we go sit down.

I see that Will isn't here, so we can't start until he's here. As soon as that passes my mind he walks downstairs with a plate of something.

"Are those eggos?" I ask.

"No," he sits down and places it on the table.

"OH MY GOD," Erin screams, "IT'S COOKIES!"

She grabs 2 and shoves them in her mouth, my question is how can she stay so thin if she eats cookies 24/7. But then again, same with me. I eat eggos 24/7.

Erin's POV:

I see El look at me strangely while I stuff my face.

"Don't even El," I laugh, "Ms. Eggo."

She looks shocked that I caught her staring, "You're one to talk Cookie Lady."

"Okay," Mike glares, "let's get started. You both are special, we get it."

"Okay, so Erin can see things like El," Will explains, "but she has little episodes, like me."

"So we know you aren't from..." El drifts off then carries on, "Pa- I mean Dr. Brenner's lab."

"But, she did go to the upside down," Will says.

"So, that explains the episodes," Dustin thinks.

"But nothing explains the mind thingy," I mumble.

"DNA TEST TIME!" Mike yells and stands up.

"Hell nah," I say, "you are not putting a needle in me."

"CMON!" He whines, "Hopper can do it."

El stands up, "Erin. We need to know what's wrong."

"Ugggghhhh," I groan and decide to do it, "let's go."

"YAY!" El hugs me.

"I've made the wrong decision," I sigh.

"Hell yeah you did," Lucas laughs.

~~TIME SKIP TO THE HOSPITAL~~

Hopper is there with us, he is gonna make sure nothing goes wrong. I'm getting blood drawn first, I look for the closest person near me. Dustin. I grab his hand and squeeze the living hell out of it. He looks at me and I squint my eyes, and I scrunch my nose. The doctor brings in a super large syringe, I make a squeak noise. I don't know what that noise was, but I'm so freaking scared of needles and blood.

"Are you ready?" the doctor asks.

I just squint and mumble, "Get it over with."
