Hide Away (Fighter's RP)

"...This is a place for nobody. Excuse me, I meant to say this is a place for the nobodies. The people with no social status, no family, and no hope for anything to get better. Our government is slowly taking away any rights you people had in the first place, any security or well being you might have felt is vanishing. And we all know it. The court for law has been rigged. The police force, rigged. The army, RIGGED. We are the group that knows of this and we cannot stay in hiding any longer. The time to strike is now!"
The girl who had been talking stopped cold when she saw one of their leaders enter the room through big stone doors. She looked around at all of them with a light smile. This was the first fighter. She had told them all of this corruption and built this underground sanctuary, and her smile was quickly fading. "Ruby. What is all this?" She had asked repealing her wings quickly back into her skin.
The red head who had been standing on top of stacked crates stopped cold. "Just a little inspirational speech." She said shrugging and hopping off the crates.
"From that last sentence I'm hoping the other leaders knew of this little..." she looked around. "Speech." She nodded to everyone allowing then to get back to whatever they had been doing.
"Lexi. You know we cant keep waiting." She said Violet eyes hardening as she made her way over to the leader. "The government is taking over and all we do is little riots and acts off terrorism. We cant win this way we have to take it out at the source-"
"Bite. Your. Tongue." The leader said sharply cutting her off. "You know better than anyone why we cant do that. One of your dads is in congress right? The other's job was taken by Governor Storm?"
"I told you that when I was drunk. Why are you bringing that up now? I barely see them or my mom anymore, anyways." Ruby rubbed her temples trying to figure out how this all connected.
"My point is your dad's face when he came home each night, or the expression when you asked him how his day was. He was a perfect spy."
