Good Vs Evil (PRIVATE RP!)

Explanation:

FIRST OFF:
SHOULD THIS BE A RP?!? Like for real I have a cool plot in mind and would love backstory help to make this interesting!

*Now on to the Explanation.

   In a futuristic world of dystopian society with dirty roads and crumbling buildings. The world is run by three Governors, Storm, ( insert two other families chosen later ;) ), they split up our country equally and decide what is best for it... Except undercover illegally, Governor Storm of Avenia, has been taking over our country state by state. His plans are unknown to most... except to the Fighters and Followers.
    The Fighters were against Governor Storm changing their city- then the world. These people were mainly criminals and very poor. They were often enemies of Mr. Storm and opposed his views. This current system made it very easy for them to sneak in and out of richer house holds. This system allowed them to survive.
   The Followers were rich rule followers- they were teated and acted as royalty, and agreed with Governor Storms views and plans for the world. The current system was ruining the economy. There was no longer structure and order- this new system would be much better for them. This side of the law also included an Army.
   The fight is still going on. Its time for you to choose are you a Fighter of a Follower?...
   Oh, and did I mention everyone has powers?
