Hi lovely readers, I hope you enjoyed the story. I  wanted to give you guys an in-depth understanding of the superfluous, poetic themes that were written while providing an explanation of your favorite quotes, and characters.

𝕎𝕖𝕝𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕖! 𝔹𝕖𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕔𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝔽𝕝𝕠𝕒𝕥.

-First, it was inspired by the Netflix show, "The End of Fucking World" and my goal was to create a similar storyline, that encompasses similar and beautiful themes of life, love, and youth.

***IN NO WAY DID I COPY OR USE ANY MATERIAL THE AUTHOR OR THE PRODUCERS OF THE SHOW USED. IT IS 100% ORIGINAL.

GREAT lET'S BEGIN!

Why the emphasis on the word FLOAT?

First off, Float by dictionary definition means: buoyant or suspended in water or air
and not settled in a definite place.

-I chose Float because of its deeply powerful meaning in our everyday lives. I thought back to all the moments of crisis, overwhelming emotions, breakdowns, and those highly stressful times where it feels like everything is falling apart.

Wouldn't it be nice to Float?

To lay back, release all our turmoil, and despite where the waves take you, to just have a peace that passes understanding. We can't control the currents that life beats us up with but we can prevent ourselves from drowning.

Understanding Anna ❤️

1. Anna's lying, it's a little bit more complex than just making up a white lie. For her, it's a coping mechanism, a way to have some sense of control, and to push away the things she gages as a threat. Her first lie appeared when she met Jacob. He was simply a stranger trying to protect her from getting entangled with the biker.

So why did Anna choose to lie, to someone she did not know?....

Perhaps it was the first time someone had disrupted her space. A simple act of kindness goes a long way especially when you don't feel noticed or important.

At this moment the wheels are starting to turn in the story. The readers should get a sense that Jacob will be an important asset to her healing and character development, seeing as his first act was to save her.

Side note: It's interesting how the roles reversed at the end of the story. Jacob lied, and Anna tried to save him, yet she ends up being the one to save herself. hmmm

                                      Explaining Quotes⭐️

- My eyes are pointed up towards God's rumination. It's admiral blue and vast, yet endless like our stream of consciousness. (Chapter3.Laws of Physics)

Rumination means, " a deep or considered thought about something."

If you are spiritual and believe that God created the heavens and the earth then this will be easy to get. I was simply describing the sky as God's thoughts.

In my perspective God is not only a powerful deity but the genesis of art. He had a vision and a creative impression in his mind of how to construct a world that was beautiful and perfect. Then he thought our world into existence...

-We are breathing while hurting; empty mantras in the rain; fiery hail (comets). (Chapter4 Death, Comments & Children)

This was just a poetic emphasis on the emptiness and hollowness one might feel in their depression. Mantras are a symbol of hope, a chant or even a form of mediation to raise spirits but if you don't feel it in your heart, then they are just empty words.

Rain can be an archetype of sadness, washed away feelings, or revived beauty. In this case, these are all vivid pictures of disparity.

-We tiptoed around the burning rose, watching the slow crackles of beauty defuse. While the hunger raged in our eyes; beast (Chapter5 Planes and Times)

This was a little of wordplay, and a reference to Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, fairytale, Beauty & the Beast".  If you read the story or at least seen the Disney version, then you understand the complexity of needing to be loved.

Anna is both the beauty and the beast, her duality is both light and darkness, love and hate, and stillness and movement in her rocky life.

"the burning rose" is a physical manifestation of their hearts, passion, love, and a rare form of beauty that they both possess. For Jacob his stuttering, and Anna's ability to float.

"the beast" represents the primitive, animalistic desires of man, that answers to sexual pleasure and survival. In the animal kingdom this is also seen as the instinctual need to find a mate. If you paid attention this quote came from Jacob's POV right after he danced with Anna. It also foreshadows Anna and Jacob's romantic relationship.

Okay, that enough for now! Lol, I might do so more or go further in depth about how Anna and Jacob balance each other as characters, their strengths, and what makes them so unique! Please feel free to ask any questions about the story that needed further explaining. I don't mind clarifying :)
