"I don't know what is scarier,

AS HER (E/c) EYES fluttered open with fresh tears she could still feel the burn from the paddle. With muscles sore and a stance wobbly she struggled to stand. Her knees buckled and she weakly came face first with the floor.

That was it.

They had stripped her from all her remaining hope she still had left.

They had officially broken (F/n) (L/n)'s soul, and that's what she had feared all along since she was just a young child.

She lay there hopeless,

"They did it..they won the game." she thought.

All she had left to do was sob in her despair and that's exactly what happened.

tears streamed down her face for what it seemed hours until her eyes could not produce any more.

"Ive finally figured out what's worst than getting beat.."

she rolled over and got on her hands and knees preparing to crawl.

"One of the worst feelings in the world..is crying until you've shed every. last. tear."

she sighed and pushed herself up standing again.

a strong wave of pain came pounding in her head, she winced in pain and gritted her teeth.

"I've gotta be strong." she thought and took a wobbly step.

she tripped over her feet a few times but eventually walked normally.

She looked around..something seemed..

odd.

the room was colder but she was sweating like it had been 100 degrees, her vision started swirling she got of balance again. She walked to the wall on her left to give her support.

"w-what the hell is going on? I was fine a minute ago.." she said aloud confused.

Harsh, sharp pains slipped to her head worse than before. Crying out in pain, as she gripped the wall in fear of collapsing again. Then suddenly all she could see was flashing lights then her vision grew blank. When she opened her eyes again she looked up to see the whole room spinning, the hallway in swirls, the walls either black or white,

she swore she...can remember this place..but cannot place where in her mind.
She blinked then saw the whole hallway was engulfed in orange flames. It swallowed the walls and spread to the floor and she sprinted as fast as her dizziness would let her. As the building collapsed around her she saw light at the end and ran towards it. But of course it all vanished before her eyes.

The flames. The smoke. The building collapsing, it all disappeared like it never even happened. The hallway was back to normal, everything was the way it should be.

As she made it to the end of the hallway her knees buckled and she collapsed again on the hallway floor. It was to much to handle, to much to make of everything. She lay there motionless like she had before the illusions.
And thought

"They finally and literally drove me insane..
Is insanity the only resort left?" She laughed.

"Can someone save me from myself?"
