"Rose! No. No. No. No. No! This can't be happening. Why did you come out here?" He was having a panic attack. His best friend in the whole world was lying in front of him, not breathing and no pulse. Dead.
"MOM! Call 911! Quick! And get the car ready, it's an emergency!" He yelled at his mother who ran to do what was said. Dan knew basic medicine but not much to help any of the things that had happened to Rose.
She was immediately taken to the hospital but the doctors all said there was nothing to be done. So they announced her dead and put her in the morgue, but the next day, her body was missing and nobody on night watch knew where she'd disappeared to. Daniel was absolutely devastated, and worse he couldn't even have a funeral for her since there was no body.
Her father was found the morning of her body disappearing. He was found lying against the side of his house, unconscious and bleeding out of the side of his head. The neighbors had found him and called an ambulance and was now in the hospital in a coma. He has been there since and has not woken up, but Dan couldn't care less if he did.
