The kitchen smelled surprisingly good for once. I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion and looked at Danielle to see if she understood why mom was cooking so good today. My mom wasn't exactly the best cook ever.

"Girls. I'm making something for our neighbors,The Hylands. They invited us to dinner. Now go get dressed." My mom stirred the food and shooed Me and Danielle away.

"I call showering first!" Danielle screamed from her room. I rolled my eyes and flopped in my bed staring out my window. The kids had gone inside. Perhaps to get ready,I thought. Then I realized. I had to dress like a queen so they would know not to mess with me. I opened my closet and found a light blue dress and nude heels. I squealed. Perfect. Danielle got out of the bathroom and called me in. I showered,put on my clothes,and applied mascara and concealer. I curled my hair and came out. Danielle was sitting on the couch wearing a strapless light purple flowy dress,matching heels,and her hair was curled to perfection. She was also wearing a silver necklace that said 'work' in cursive. I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs where mom was waiting. We went next door and knocked on the door. The same light headed boy answered the door.

"Hey you must be the Vertes family. I'm Josh. Please come in." He moved from in front of the door to let us in. As soon as we walked in,the same 4 girls gaped and whispered about us. They nodded and the two blondes motioned us over.

"Hey. I'm Danielle and that's my sister Kendall." Dani smiled.

"I'm Brooke that's my sister Paige and her friends Chloe and Maddie." She introduces all of us. Chloe started to rave about Josh and we all agreed. He was cute but he looked like he was into Dani. That's no surprise. Dani had boys falling for her left and right.

"The rest of the boys should be coming later." Brooke said smirking.

"So are you guys gonna go to Franklin Regional?" Paige asks.

"You guys should fit in with us immediately." Maddie smirked.

"Yeah we are actually. And we'd love to be apart of your group." I piped up probably being my first word since I was here. I had a feeling we were gonna be here quite a while.
