Chapter 2

Liam's p.o.v

I'm so excited! After 2 years of marriage we're finally adopting!

I pull up to to Ms.Lanson's home for homeless and abandoned youth. Me and Zayn get out of the car and walk up to the door. I knock and a middle-aged plump woman answered. "You must be the Paylik's! It's a pleasure to meet you!" She said excitedly as she stuck out her hand. We shook it as we stepped into the house. "From my understanding you're looking for a child around the ages of 2 and 3?" She asked and we both nodded. "Well the 2 and 3 year olds are all over the place so just walk around if you'd like!" she said cheerfully. Me and Zayn split ways.

I went towards the living room. when I got to the living room there was a small boy crying. "hey buddy. what's wrong?" I asked. He looked up and wiped the tears from his blue eyes. "I-I lost m-my teddy bwear." he said breaking down into fresh tears. I scooped him up into my arms and said, "Hey bud. it's ok we'll find him." he looked up into my eyes and smiled "really?" he asked excitedly. I nodded my head. "where was the last place you had your teddy bear?" I asked him. he stared up at the ceiling with a look of concentration on his face. he gasped, "I was in my room with me best friends!" "ok. where is your room?" I asked. " It's upstairs on this side." he said pointing left. I walked upstairs and went into the room on the left. I saw a soft furry foot sticking out from underneath the bed. I pulled it out and handed it to him. "here you go little man!" I said as I handed it to him. "Yay! thank you! thank you! thank you!" he screamed as he flung his arms around your neck. your welcome buddy! what's your name?" I asked as I walked towards where Zayn was. "my names Louis and I'm 4!" he said holding up 3 fingers. I chuckled and when I found Zayn we both said in unison. "I think I found him!" except Zayn said them....

Zayn was holding 2 boys. one had brown hair and blues, while the other had brown curly hair with green eyes. "oh." we both said together again. all the kids giggled. "why don't we just take them all?" I asked and he nodded. "how would you guys feel about us adopting you?" I asked the kids motioning between myself and Zayn. they squealed in delight and clung on to me and Zayn's necks.
