Chapter Three
(Dylan's POV)
She's gone.
Her scent completely vanished into thin air.
I growl lowly in anger and frustration, smashing my fist into a tree as it groans and sways slightly.
Don't stop until you find her, I bark out orders, I don't care if there four foot snow covering the ground or if there's a fucking tornado occurring, I won't stop until I find her.
My pack agrees as I clench my teeth and glance at my watch. 4:32 A.M. I've been searching since around ten thirty and there's absolutely no trace of her.
Alpha, my Beta, Tom says, We can't keep this up much longer. It seems as if her scent has just vanished.
I clench my fists at my side and take a deep breath to calm my anger. Why would she run from me? Does she know who I am? Is she afraid of me?
I sink to the ground, clutching my hair as my wolf lets out a small whine.
We can't stand to see you like this, Alpha, another one of my pack members says.
See me. That gives me an idea.
My head snaps up as hope fills my chest again. A small smile graces my face as the idea pops into my head.
I want all of you to approach the Moon's Reflection pack, the Tainted Rain pack, and the Night Fury pack. I want all girls ages eighteen through twenty seven with blonde hair and captivating light blue eyes in the center between our borders by six this morning. If they don't send all of their members that I requested for, I want an attack to be launched.
But, Alpha, aren't you going a little too—
Shut up, I growl at all of my protesting pack members, I won't stop at anything to find her and all of you that have mates should know that. Obey me, or you will suffer consequences.
There's not one objection after that.

It's now or never.
I glance around the full clearing containing three packs. I'm actually surprised that the Night Fury pack budged, considering we now of two of their pack members locked in cells.
I was actually the one to give out the orders to lock them in our jail. Although I have yet to witness and discuss matters with them since they are not yet awake.
"Okay," I clap my hands, my voice booming across the whole center as some people stiffen, some begin to writhe in excitement. Over all, it shuts them up.
"As you probably know--" I begin, glancing over all of the blondes that either didn't care enough to change out of their night wear and are currently yawning, or the blondes that cared too much and are currently fixing their hair and unbuttoning the top buttons on their crop tops, their boobs spilling out of the fabric.
Sorry, I don't really have time for up close nudes today.
"—I have found my mate. Unfortunately, she ran away before I could get a glimpse or scent of her, but I do know this: she has blonde hair, and striking blue eyes." My chest almost caves in with pain just thinking about her and how she's not here by my side, wrapped firmly in my arms.
I give many hormonal girls who are currently ogling and drooling over me, time to squeal in delight and hope. I smirk slightly to myself, but my smirk contains no humor. Most of them probably want me for my Alpha title so they can rule as Luna by my side, but I'm not an idiot and know my good genetics also draw them in like a magnet.
