Army surveyed the barren landscape, clutching his wooden stake. "Vampires. I hate them." He thought, looking behind his shoulder. "Well, I didn't expect you, to be here...of all places." A voice made Army whirl around, wooden stake ready. There, in front of him, was Rider. Rider smiled, fangs gleaming in the darkness. Rider, was the vampire no one could kill. Army backed away, afraid, but he wasn't going to let Rider see. "If I recall...I don't remember seeing any Vampire Slayers here...So why are you here, Army?" Rider asked, walking up to Army. Army raised his stake defensively. "I'm not scared of you... Vampire." Rider smirked, looking down at Army. Suddenly, Army was on the ground, and Rider was on top of him, fangs pressed against Army's neck. Army struggled, but Rider was strong. Army tried to hit Rider with the stake, but Rider grabbed it. "Rider... don't bite me. Please" Army begged, struggling harder. Rider pinned him down. "I'm won't." He said, getting off of Army. "Maybe.... I could befriend him... No, vampires and vampire slayers can't be friends... it's impossible." Army thought, looking at the barren landscape, once again.
